Supply and laying Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes 150mm bore size with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-9 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 and suitable for (push on) rubber gasket jointing incl nuts bolts with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining as per IS: 455:1989 and external Metallic Zinc Coating as per annex A of IS 8329 with finishing layer of Bitumen coating as per Annex C of IS: 8329 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down old U/S steel tubing size 50mm connection from trenches incl connected fittings/accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick masonary valve pit of size 1200 x1200 x 1200mm dimensions, one brick thick valve pit of following internal dimension with two nos. of RCC slab cover of siutable size with handle to lift atleast 75mm thick having provision of valve key slot , earth work and PCC in foundation (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregete 150 mm thick, PCC in coping on top (1:2:4),Type B1 using 20mm graded stone agregate 100mm thick including rendering 15mm thick and two coats of cement base paint on exposed surfaces on external wall above ground level incl demolition of old unserviceable existing complete all as specified and directed. Note: RCC slab with reinforcement 8mm dia to 10mm dia bothways quoted inclusive in the quoted rates.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of submersible pump set suitable for 250/300mm nominal size of bore well (casing pipe size 250/ 200mm bore), water lubricated and cooled complete of capacity 50 HP suitable for operation on 415 (+) 7.5% voltage, 3 phase 50 hertz alternating current. The pump set shall be capable to deliver 1740 LPM (ltr per minute) of water at a head of 120 mtr. The electric motor shall be water lubricated, vertical type and shall be directly coupled to the pump. Electric motor and pump shall be of same make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of Monoblock pumpset capacity 05 HP 3 phase 415 volts discharge 4000 GPH at 30 Meter head complete all as specified and directed.

Lifting of Old GI/MS pipe & Supply, lowering, jointing of GI pipe heavy duty 100 mm internal dia, 3 mtr long with both ends threaded and fitted with heavy duty MS flanges 14mm thick, two Nos groves for submersible cable continuous welded and drilled 4 Nos hole, complete as column pipe including jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8cm before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified & directed. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

Material & Labour for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other including taking out old brick cable cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core including taking out existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 28.00 here in before but size of cable 70 Sqmm.

Supply & fixing in replacement PVC submersible copper cable flat of size 25 Sqmm 3 Core including tieing with column pipe with nylon rope complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper thimble 70 sqmm to 95 sqmm including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/flooring finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Development of tube well with Air compressor of capacity 400 PSI and 1200 CFM till clear water is obtained including stabilization of the tube well and carrying out yield test indicating static water level, draw down, depth of bore upto 350 feet complete all as specified and directed. Note : Amount shall be paid per hrs.

Supply and fixing in replacement of factory fabrication of Sheet metal enclosure, Bus bar chamber feeder box size (5.0X0.5X0.25m) outdoor type having thickness of 3.15mm and inner shell made out of 2mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable Single door system and cable alloy (Door hinged with body at 6 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction including necesary items confirming to IS:8623/93. (a) MCCB FP 160 Amp 36 KA (incomer) (b) Aluminium bus bar 400 Amp (06 terminal) for star delta starter with coloured heat shrinkable insulated sleeve 415 Volts as per IS of suitable size mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator (not less than 50mmx50mm conicle type at a maximum interval of 500 mm.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost
