Taking down chowkhats or frames area exc. 1.50 Sqm but not exc. 4.00 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exe 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door shutter of any description exc. 1 sqm but not exc. 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description not exe 1.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed

Taking down and refixing in same opening door shutter of any description exc. 1 sqm but not exc. 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

taking down & Refixing old PVC door shutters with frame of any description exe 1.0 sqm but n. exc. 2 Sqm each in same opening including old hardware, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing for factory made 30mm thick plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. divided into squares, with out sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc. and size of the members of shutter is as specified in clause No. 8.24 (a) of MES schedule 2009, part – I (Specifications) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made pressed steel frame for doors with double rebates of size 125 x 60mm including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate (Thickness the sheet is 1.25 mm)(cost of hinges included) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
