Fabricating, erecting, setting, bolting/welding in position light weight GI square tubular sections and Gi pipes of all sizes for roof rafters,purlins and vertical posts. The rafters and beams are fabricated with 40x40 mm double square tubes and stiffened with 25x25mm tubes at a distance of 45cm as per instructions, drawings at all locations and elevations up to 20M from ground level, including lifting, straightening, marking, cutting, drilling, holing, welding, bolting, covering ends of circular/tubular sections etc., all as per standard practices, scrapping thoroughly to remove rust, painting with one coat primer paint and two coats chlorinated rubber paint, including all labour charges, hire for tools, plants, welding sets, gas cutting equipment’s, derricks, tackles, all safety precautions to workers including all safety measures like safety net, safety belt, helmet, goggles / face shield, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety net at contractors risk and cost, approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day , machineries, pipe lines, cables etc., at contractors rick and cost, as per approval of TCC., materials, pipe lines, cables, all cost of consumables such as welding rods, cutting gas etc., complete. (G.I tubes, pipes and paint will be issued free of cost by TCC).

Fixing roofing, side cladding with Galvalume sheets of required size and shape in required position, lifting sheets to position, bolting with self driven fasteners SDF 55 mm screws class 3 of roofix, TATA make or roofing bolt with rubber washer,etc. at corrugated portion only, sealing bolt holes with sealants, all safety precautions for men and materials, at contractor's risk and cost, all labour charges and all other incidental expenses, all cost of screws, rubber washer, sealants etc complete.(Required Galvalume sheet will be issued by TCC)

Fixing ridge and valley with galvalume ridge of standard size and shape in required position, lifting sheets to position, bolting with self driven fasteners SDF 55 mm screws class 3 of roofix or TATA make, sealing bolt holes with sealants, all safety precautions for men and materials, at contractor's risk and cost, all labour charges and all other incidental expenses, all cost of screws, rubber washer, sealants etc complete.(Required Galvalume ridge will be issued by TCC)

Supplying and fixing gutters made of UPVC in required sizes and shapes of minimum 300 mm bottom wide trapezoidal shapes after providing necessary supporting systems and dowm water pipe conectivity including cost of all material brackets, all labour charges and all other incidental expenses, all cost of screws, rubber washer, sealants etc safety precautions at contractors risk and cost. All cost of UPVC make moulded to shape with required number of spouts as directed and other incidental etc.

Fixing down water pipes to the required locations using PVC pipes and clamps including all labour charges, hire for tools and plants, all safety precautions at contractors risk and cost etc complete.(Required pipes isuued free of cost by TCC
