Maint and servicing of DG sets of 12.5 KVA to 30 KVA of make Kirloskar/Cummini/CG/Mahindra including replacement of defective/burn out parts by new spares such as gaskets,V belts, rubber hoses, clamps, nut and bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and including greassing of bearing etc make the DG set in serviceable condition complete comprising the following:- (i) Checking engine oil level and water level. (ii) Checking and adjusting the belt for tension (iii)Checking of air filter element (iv) Checking of exhaust system for leakage (v) Draining of sediment from fuel filter and fuel tank (vi) Cleaning of air cleaner element (vii) Checking engine alternator coupling, mounting bolts and alignment (viii) Tighting all nuts, bolts, in altenator terminal block (ix) Checking of alternator carbon brush and connections in alternator (x) Checking and tighting of all connection in DC control wiring.

(xi) Trouble shooting of any type of fault in DG set through out the contract. Clearing of fault and testing complete. Note: (i) All servicing and testing works shall be recorded jointly in presence of EIC/JE E/M, Contractor and service Engineer (ii) The rate for checking of DG set by professional Engineer as and when required basis will be included in the quoted rate. (iii) The contract will attend the complaint within 24 Hrs of the intmation by the attendent. (iv) The penalty of Rs 5000/- Per day for not attending the complaint will be imp (v) Spares required for incorporation of repairs not included in above scope shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Supply only diesel filter (Primary and baby) element as per exisitng make and size with O Ring for the following capacity of DG Sets :-

Supply only rubber hose pipe set suitable upto 01 mtr long for water line circuit complete with clamps, for following capacities of DG sets.

Supply and fix in Repairs new PVC insulated multistranded, copper conductor 70 sqmm multistranded of 1.25 mtr long each duly fixed with brass clamps, copper lugs suitable for DG sets installed at different locations from battery to starter as battery leads complete.

Supply only engine oil, multi grade 20W40 for topping up OR pouring in engine of DG sets.

Supply only Petroleum jelly in 01 kg sealed plastic containers.

Supply only distilled water for topping up in the batteries all as directed.

S & F in repair Water temperature gauge including sensor and cable complete as per sample.

Supply & fill Electrolyte of suitable Specific gravity for lead acid batteries in sealed container complete.

Strip opening carefully of the existing FIP and injectors and transporting to service centre for servicing / calibrating including petty repairs to make the FIP functional for the following capacities of DG sets including replacement of necessary spares required for smooth functioning of FIP :-

M&L for Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

M&L for repairing to the broken door of the DG set of any capacity with necessary works such as welding including replacement of hinges fitting, locking and painting to match with the existing all as directed.

Supply only coolent media for radiator assembly of specified grade complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement Automatic voltage regulator of output 90V DC for DG sets KVA rating upto 50 KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement change over switch 4 pole, 415 V, 100 Amp all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement change over switch 4 pole, 415 V, 200 Amp all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement change over switch 4 pole, 415 V, 400 Amp all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting the electrical connection of alternator and dismantling the end terminal of the alternator complete and replacement of slip rings and carbon bush set of DG set of any capacity all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement start solenoid of the DG set of capacity up to 100 KVA

Supply and fixing in replacement start solenoid of the DG set of capacity 160 to 500 KVA

Supply and fixing in replacement ball valve of size 25 mm bore made of brass all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement start key switch of DG set of any capacity all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair diesel pipe of any DG set as directed.

Disconnecting of radiator assembly from DG sets of following capacities transporting it to work shop for overhauling and cleaning descaling with restore plus solution,removal of leakage, welding brazing and re-fixing it at site duly repaired etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning for fuel tank both internally and externally by removing all the dust/sadiments etc including painting of tank,writing of tank capacity, date of cleaning and next due date for tank to be cleaned for following capacity of DG sets including necessary repair works to make it leake proof and all as directed :-

Dismantling the existing unserviceable battery, supply and fix new lead acid battery 12 Volts 150 AH, heavy duty with electrolyte indicator float including initial charging of the battery connecting up complete all as specified.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable battery, supply and fix new lead acid battery 24 Volts 180 AH, heavy duty with electrolyte indicator float including initial charging of the battery connecting up complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of defective/detorioted lead acid battery with new 12V, 150 AH maintenance free with inbuild SMPS charger. Make : Cummins cat part no :-Ax10132 35 or euiqvalant/Amco/Amaron.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable battery, supply and fix new lead acid battery 12 Volts 100 AH, heavy duty with electrolyte indicator float including initial charging of the battery connecting up complete all as specified.

Dismantling the existing rusted out fuel tank of DG Set upto 200 KVA, fabricating, supply and install new factory made fuel tank of capacity 1000 ltr, horizontally mounted cylindrical in shape made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet, rolled and welded into the shape including inlet / out let opening, drain out plug, suitable air vent, analog type fuel indicator, suitable for out door usage IP 65 duly fixed on and including suitable 50x50x 5 mm angle iron frame duly fixed on ground with cement concrete at a height not less than 450 mm from the floor level, including necessary locking arrangement and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PLC type controller for AMF panel model no EGCP-03 COLOGICX PROTOGEN all as directed and specified by Enginner-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement PLC type controller for AMF panel model no PROCOM DGC-6D or equivalant all as directed and specified by Enginner-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Power controller DG set of the following capacities. The conroller included Auto/manual/start/stop button and HMI display of line volatge and current and total hrs run. Make: As per existing make.

Supply and fixing heat proof, fire proof/flame proof asbestos rope 12mm dia on engine exhaust pipe including dismentling of worn out asbestos rope including replacement of wornout nut, bolts, clamps and tightening exhaust pipe in position etc complete all as directed.

M & L for taking out burnt out winding and rewinding the Self startor coil, of any type with copper enameled wire including other minor repairs and testing and refixing the Self startor after repair with alignment rotor with shaft and coupling, Copper enameled wire, lumex paper, glass wire varnish and cotton tape etc with all required accessories for 320/250 /125 KVA DG sets including necessary electrical and earthing connections complete all as spedcified.

M&L of repair of Auxilary altornator including replacement of voltage rectifier, voltage regulator, and wiring, carbon brushes etc and testing of alternator complete all as directed for the capacity of 12 volt.

S&F in replacement of automatic voltage regulator for rating 0-90 V for the DG set up to 63 KVA.

S&F in replacement of automatic voltage regulator for rating 0-90 V for the DG set 63 KVA-200KVA.

S&F in replacement of automatic voltage regulator upto 50 to 100 VA as per sample and all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Power contactor 3 phase, 4 pole 80 Amp all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement Power contactor 3 phase, 4 pole 100 Amp all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement Power contactor 3 phase, 4 pole 130 Amp all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement Power contactor 3 phase, 4 pole 160 Amp all as specified.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of the DG Sets including radiator, fuel tank etc of the capacities 100 to 500 KVA complete and spray painting with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved shade including writing SM/MES Nos on DG set complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB 63 Amp 3 phase, 4 pole, 25 KA ics=icu thermal release protection type all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB 100 Amp 3 phase, 4 pole, 25 KA thermal release protection type all as specified.

Supply and fixing teethed ring gear of Alternator Fly wheel for DG Set 125/100/63 as per existing make all as specified and directed as Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB 160 Amp 3 phase, 4 pole, 25 KA thermal release protection type all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB 200 Amp 3 phase, 4 pole, 36 KA thermal release protection type all as specified.

supply and fixing in repair MCCB 4 pole, 3 phase 125 Amp ,36 KA thermal release protection type breaking capacity, ics=100%icu with extended rotatory switch all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB 250 Amp 3 phase, 4 pole, 36 KA thermal release protection type all as specified.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of the DG Sets including radiator, fuel tank etc of the capacities 40/50/62.5/63 KVA complete degreasing and spray painting with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved shade including writing SM/MES Nos on DG set complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting the existing worn/ rusted out 100 mm dia MS exhaust pipe of DG set, supply and fix new MS exhaust pipe and jointing with electric welding incl scrapping out for prepration the outer surface of the exhaust pipe and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer all as directed.
