SCHEDULE 'A'

Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Approved earth or Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, rolled , levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for approved manure in the ratio 3:1, breaking the clads with wooden sludges and treating the soil with pestiocides ( I e Bevitine and Neem cake , MHC 10 % linson dust , thinment and forate , super and vermi compost , neem compost and cow dungs in the ratio 1:3 ) with suitable moisture bed or beeding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of lawn area and planting of carpet Australian turf Grass approved quality including water spraying etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of flower bed plantation (mix sap.) including water spraying etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and planting Foxtel/Bottle Palm & Cycus trees of 8 to 10 feet plants 2 years old, including digging pit size 0.75 x 0.75 x 0.75 filling with manure pesticides and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 250 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and planting trees of 5 to 6 feet plants min one years old including digging pit size 0.75 x 0.75 x 0.75, watering the saplings, filling with manure pesticides and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 250M complete all as specified and directed. (a) Karanj

M&L Plain cement concrete, type B2, (1:2:4, using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as as directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F for steel work in tubular trusses, posts, purlins and rafters including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161 - 1998 grade St - 240 complete all as specified and as as directed.

M & L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer of approved shade complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for providing 4mm thick designer shingle mat of any colour, design pattern at any height and slope comprising of mineral stabilized reinforced fibre glass high grade asphalt overlaid with high strength ceramic coated granules on mineral stabilizer fire-retardant coating including sealing ridge/ valley liner cover laid with forced torch gun over 16mm thick cement asbestos plain sheet fixed with self tapping screws and joints sealed with matching colour silicon complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge. (Make : Saint Gobain or Equivalent)

M&L for Suspended false ceiling system using Chicago metallic (E - grid) exposed suspended system, grid size 600mm x 600mm comprising of GI powder coated Main Runner of dimensions 39mm x 24mm x 0.8 mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI/0.4 mm+ PPPCGS/0.3 mm & weight of runner 1.35 kg for 3600 mm length), Cross Tee of dimensions 29mm x 24mm x 0.8mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI/0.4mm + PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of Tee 0.195 kg for 600mm length) and Wall angle of dimensions 22.2mm x 22.2mm x 0.65mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI / 0.35mm + PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of angle 0.70 kg for 3050mm length) with and including 4mm thick non as asbestos cement fibre boards textured designer board, water resistant, termite resistant, fire resistant for insulation a to be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins/RCC slab with butterfly clips (wt-0.007 kg/clip), hold down clips (wt-0.0035 kg/clip), with provn of light fixture complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directedand applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of surface .

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks, exc.10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of guage n.exc. 63mm, deposited spread & levelled in layers n.exc.15CM thick, watered & rolled/ rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC, type C-2,1:3:6 using 40 mm graded aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks 60mm thick any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete and interstices filled with sand complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for 12 mm dia Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified tiles 8 to 10 mm thick dark shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and white or coloured cement to match over screed bed of 15 mm thick 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Somani ,Orient Bell, kajaria.

S&F Galvanised iron epoxy coated (Pre Coated) Concertina coil, punched tape manufactured from 2.60mm dia high tensile spring steel wire as per IS-4454, dia of each concertina coil @ 610 mm and the height of the coil when stretched shall be approximately @ 500mm, duly tied to barbed wire with and incl provision of steel clips @ 5 clips per spiral in one row and steel tape 19mm width as per IS-513 complete with18 micron zinc coating including removal of vegetation/bushes if any, surrounding the existing concertina coil/barbed wire placed over 'Y' Shaped angle,all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Contractor is required to submit test certificate for galvanising. 2. Each concertina coil to be expanded upto max of 6 mtr in length only.

Maintenance of plants (as per item No. 5.00 to 15.00 here-in-before) deploying one gardener per day by regular watering, dewatering, pruning, trimming, de-weeding, removing/ adding earth, cleaning, removal of dead leaves and disposal to a place as directed by E.I.C including supply of fertilizers and spraying of insecticides as and when required for the relevant items of BOQ. Maintenance period start from the date of physical completion of Phase-I works as mentioned in BOQ. Note:- a) The quoted rate includes salary of gardener/bisti, cost of replacement of plant/ grass/ Shrubs/hedges/ creepers etc., including planting against casualty if any during the maintenance period. b) The rate includes maintenance and upkeep of plants, removing weeds, adding fertilizers and insecticides etc, upto 12 months from the date of completion of Phase-I work.
