M&L for concealed point wiring for one light point/bell point controlled by one switch complete with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor in and including 20mm bore heavy duty rigid PVC conduit (ISI marked) including fittings & accessories including suitable size module type boxes for housing of module type switches/sockets etc including 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC copper conductor multistranded as earth wire connected to the common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. M&L for cutting and screwing existing steel tubing in position without taking down for alteration/ additions/ taking branch connections on pipe to form connectors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of wall any type and making hole for fixing Exhaust fan Making good of disturbed surfaces of walls match with existing surface by using putty and distemper complete all as specified and directed including provn of wire mesh with wooden frame to make mosquito proof.

Supply and fix Bib taps 15 mm bore cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Wiring for circuit/submain wiring in PVC Conduit along with earth wire with 2x4 Sqmm+1x4.0 Sqmm as earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor multistranded (ISI marked) wiring, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering Plastic body complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300mm including necessary connection of flexible copper cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Chemical dosing system consisting of 200Ltr capacity flow Rated 0-06 LPH (Dia/Tank thickness/Height 600mm/4mm/900mm with accessories such as lead tubing connecting nuts ejection check valves complete. Fibre rain forced plastic (FRP) lid and level gauge alongwith agitator (Agitator height 1250 mm Blade Dia 100mm Blade thickness 8mm) with shaft and blade Stainless steel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of PCC foundation 1:2:4, type B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) 25 mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of sizes 100 to 150 mm outer dia of pipes by providing and fixing tee including cutting joint etc with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Point wiring for one 3 pin socket out let , 5Amps,independent with copper cables(FR) 1.5 sqmm size with casing caping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing socket outlet 2 in 1 , 5 pin, 5A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with the top edge of electrode not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia means of bolts, nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and GI lead protected with protection pipe of GI light grade 15mm dia upto 3mtr above ground level along poles fixed with two clamps of 25mm 3mm flat iron and connected to running earth wire at top of poles and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified and direct and testing on completion including PCC 1:3:6 ) C-I cover and frame excavation and earth work etc complete all as specified in elect plate No 3 of SSR Part -I 2009 Note :- PCC Chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 mtr away from on the earth pit electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
