Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 200ml per bag (50 Kg) of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, fins, facia, chajjas and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing of unserviciable material from site works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick dubbing out plaster on irregular face of walls / ceiling and rough finished in cement mortar (1:4) including GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix gypsum Board false ceiling of 12mm thick fixed with screw or as per manufacturers instructions in GI framework complete all as specified and directed. Make: Armstrong/ Saint Gobain/ Lafarge/ Everest.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/ new undecorated surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix false ceiling with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system (E-grid T-2430 or equivalent load carring capacity with mid span deflection n. exc. 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of main runner 3600mm long cross tee 1200mm/600mm long and wall angle. The wall angle shall be fixed on PVC dash fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300mm c/c. The main runners to be placed @ 1200mm, The cross tee 1200mm will be inserted in pre-cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600mm to form a modular grid of 1200mmx600mm. Additional cross tee of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the cross tee1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 4mm dia G.I. wire from perlins/soffits. 6mm thick high pressure steam cured Everest non Asbestos fibre cement designer ceiling board (density>1200kg/cum, modules of rupture (M.O.R)-15.85 Mpa, thermal conductivity (k)-0.0872 W/mk) of size 595mm x 595mm, confirming to IS 14862 & type B catagory III of ISO 8336-1993, (Reaction of fire-A2 -s1-d0) tested as per EN 13501 Part-I & BS-476 part-4,5,6&7, should be placed in the grid module to form a false ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be executed through authorised applicator of OEM as approved by GE. Make: Armstrong/ Saint Gobain/ Lafarge/ Everest.

Material and labour for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sqm, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore steel tubes medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting and fixed to walls, ceilings, roofs or laid in floors including taking down existing unserviciable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore steel tubes medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting and fixed to walls, ceilings, roofs or laid in floors including taking down existing unserviciable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair gun-metal blobe or gate valves 20 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, and from tanks of capacity 500 litre and mouths of circulating pipes, tank nipple / cover / ball cock etc. and writting date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The Quoted rate shall be included for writting date of cleaning with white/black paint on water tank in stencile. (ii) Any damage occurred to the tank during the process of cleaning the tank shall be replaced with new tank by contractor without any extra cost. (iii) The quoted rate shall include for gurantee of a period of six month from the certified date of cleaning. (iv) All debris and waste material obtained during cleaning of tank shall be disposed at a location decided by Engr-in-Charge at distance n exc 50 meter without any extra cost. (v) The quoted rate shall be also included obtaining signature of user in register duly authenticated by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for scrubbing cleaning of the surface (plaster surface) followed by two coats of one component penetrative-cum-film forming interior waterproofing solution complete all as specified and directed. Make: SmartCare hydroloc brand of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent brand of make Pidilite / Fosroc. Note: The work shall be carried out by authorised representative of the manufacturers.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment in any layers and disposal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) The rates are inclusive of removal for any type of old water proofing treatement over main RCC slab. (b) Bidders are advised to visit the site and esure about site condition before quoting their rates. (c) Taking down of cement plater/ demolition of PCC if any shall be measured and paid saparately under respective items.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturers instruction on roof top while concrete is green to become integrated part of concrete padding layer and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof surface comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top :- (a) Applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters per sqm confirming to IS 3384 over plastered surfaces of roof. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.50 kgs per sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt central core fabric (weight not less than 160 GSM) and coated on both side with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-prefabricated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces. (c) Applying one coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg per sqm over membrane surface. (d) Finally applying two coats of aluminum paint @ 0.10 ltrs per sqm per coat on top surface. Contd...

(ii) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions.
