The Contractor must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Authorised dealer of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to M/s. Medha Servo Drives make Traction Control Systems (TCS) fitted in 4500 HP High Horse Power (HHP) Diesel Locomotives available in Indian Railways. In this regard, the contractor shall enclose the credentials / necessary evidence for the same along with the tender / bid failing which their tender is liabale to be rejected.

Rates are inclusive of all tax. The tenderer has to remit service tax at the extant rates and submit documentary evidence failing which the same will be deducted by Railways.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
The tenderer is advised to read the scope of work and tender conditions and also visit the site of work before quoting the rates. No post tender correspondence will be entertained to enhance the rate on above account.
