Supply, welding, making & erection of Job fencing/cage of approx size 7 ft x 4.5 ft with provision of two fold gate with locking arrangement and leg by providing suitable size MS angle (50 x 50 x 6 mm), MS flat (25 x 5 mm), MS sheet (1.6 mm thickness), hinges, aldrops etc. with supply of paint and painting the whole structure including CC work (1:3:6) for grouting of four legs as per instruction of Engineer incharge at site. (For protection of Water cooler)

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of MCB Set DP 16-32 amps, 2 module, 10 kA, Conforms to IS/IEC 60898 - 1:2002 with MCB enclosure 2 way made of CRCA sheet powder coated as per instruction of Engineer Incharge at site.

Supply, wiring, testing & commissioning of Numbers Power plug point on separate half flush MS board with hylem sheet top complete with 16 A flush type controlling switch & 6/16 amps socket as per instruction of Engineer incharge at site.

Supply, wiring & testing of main wire by 4 sq Metre mm, Single Core FR-LSH PVC Insulated Industrial Grade Copper Conductor (Unsheathed) Flexible Cables, 1100 Volts and earth continuity wire by 1.0 sq mm FR-LSH PVC Insulated Industrial Grade Copper Conductor Conforming to IS: 694 concealed in wall through PVC rigid conduit pipe not less than 20 mm dia as per instruction of Engineer incharge at site.

Design, manufacture, display of wall /hanging / Square floor mounting type LED illuminated sign / Foot direction boards in half elliptical shape. The display sheet shall be of unbreakable 040 translucent polycarbonate sheet of 2 mm thickness. The text / graphics matter visibility shall not be less than 160 deg. The approved colour text and graphics shall be printed / router cut on monomeric calendered vinyl of 70 mm thickness and shall be firmly pasted on display sheets. The mounting arrangement shall be hanging, wall mounting, ceiling mounting, pole mounting or floor mounting and as per site requirement. The signage shall have the integral mounting arrangements with sturdy structural frame and ACP cladding on the back side of the signage to avoid rusting and entry of dust. The LED board shall have uniform illumination with 4-8 W / sq. ft and with brightness more than ambient light. Suitable size end cap of 1.5 mm thick SS 304 should be provided. Supply, laying, commissioning & testing of HDPE Metre pipe 110 mm dia PN-6 grade conforming IS 4984/1995 or latest to to be laid partly along the p o l e with suitable fixing arrangement by MS clamp m ade of MS flat of size 50x6 mm and suitable size nut, bolt, washer as per instruction of Engineer incharge at site.

Supply & Erection of earth by 50 mm dia 3 Mtrs. Numbers long (3.6 mm thickness) GI pipe, 32x6 mm GI strip- 5 Mtrs, GI nuts, bolts including masonry materials for earthing pit, salt, charcoal, soldered end terminal etc. and construction of earth pit covered with RCC cover slab12.7 mm thickness and watering pipe as per Drg. No.- PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1 Date:- 30.09.2024 and as per instruction of Engineer Incharge at site.

Laying, commissioning & testing of HT/LT Metre XLPE/PVC cable of different sizes partly along the pole/structure/PP shed and partly through ground in cable trench by excavation of ground below 1mt/1.5 mt from ground level with suitable fixing arrangement by MS clamp of size 50x6 mm and suitable size nut, bolt. Loading, Unloading & Carrying of cable to actual work site by contractor's own arrangement. (Aluminium Crimping Socket should be provided for each Cable Termination).
