10.26.1 : Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.M.S. tube etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

13.7.1 : 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix:1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

13.72 : Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 ( 1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

13.43.1 : Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface:Water thinnable cement primer etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

13.65.1 : Painting with black anti- corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

60.64.6 : Cutting and removing the excess length of wooden piles to lines and levels and removing the cut end of piles and stacking within 150m etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

14.72 : Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done .

12.20 : Providing and laying pressed clay tiles ( as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
