Dismantling of battens for tiles, shingles etc of any size including tilting fillets all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section in any position unframed work all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hard wood in scantlings clean sawn, unframed work, as in rafters, purlins etc. timber fixed all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc, using Fe 410-w (Gde E -250) quality B all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS Rolled sections as Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) using Fe 410-w (Gde E -250) quality A all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions as directed.

Dismantling anodized aluminium snap grid frame work including ceiling board any specification and thickness all as directed.

S & F for anodized aluminium snap grid frame work as in clause No. 10.38 of MES Schedule Part I for false ceiling of size 605 mm x 605mm with supporting hanger comprising of 6 mm GI rod / GI flat 40x3mm, adjusting level with cleats, necessary washers, bolts and nuts for securing frame work to ceiling and to the snap grid complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 12 here in before but fixing only anodized aluminium snap grid obtained from item No 11 above complete all as directed

S&F 4 mm thick non asbestos fiber cement building boards inserted to aluminium grid as per manufacturers instructions as in ceilings flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 here in before but inserting only old cement building board obtained from item No 11 above complete all as directed

M&L for preparation of new non AC ceiling board ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone / boulder masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles and removing debris outside MD land all as directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width with PCC (1:3:6), type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick/stone walls or in ceiling surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying 2 coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls surfaces all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris outside MD land all as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing),removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises all as directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finished fair and even all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade joint free non-skid rectified ceramic tiles, 7mm to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade joint free glazed ceramic tiles 450x350x7mm thick, as in skirting / dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick backing on stone/brick masonry surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.
