Cartage of S.T. Pole S.P. -55 from store centre Haldwani/Rudrapur UPCL to dump store centre approximately distance 1 to 35KM. including loading into truck at store centre, unloading safely at dump store and carriage from dump store to pit site average distance 01 to 03 KM.

Cartage of P.C.C. Pole, 8.5 Mtr; long. from store centre Haldwani/Rudrapur UPCL to dump store centre approximately distance 1 to 35KM. including loading into truck at store centre, unloading safely at dump store and carriage from dump store to pit site average distance 01 to 03 KM.

Cartage of 11KV. XLPE Cable. from store centre Haldwani/Rudrapur UPCL to dump store centre approximately distance 1 to 35KM. including loading into truck at store centre, unloading safely at dump store and carriage from dump store to pit site average distance 01 to 03 KM..

Cartage of Other Line material. from store centre Haldwani/Rudrapur UPCL to dump store centre approximately distance 1 to 35KM. including loading into truck at store centre, unloading safely at dump store and carriage from dump store to pit site average distance 01 to 03 KM..

Erection of following STP SP-55 Single pole support( Supplied by the department) on 300x300x75 mm stone pad including excavation of pits, 0.6x0.6x2.0 Mtr. & grouting of pole in C.C. ratio 1:4:8 in size 0.45x0.45x1.8 mtr and making kicking block of size(Height 0.45x0.45 mtr round) above ground level on the pole in 1:3:6 CC including cost of drilling holes and cutting as required and cost of all material (sand, cement and stone grit ) required for the work, construction work with fitting of all accessories upto energisation, etc complete work as per RESPO Specification and as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Erection of following STP SP-55 Double pole support( Supplied by the department) on 300x300x75 mm stone pad including excavation of pits, 0.6x0.6x2.0 Mtr. & grouting of pole in C.C. ratio 1:4:8 in size 0.45x0.45x1.8 mtr and making kicking block of size ( Height 0.45x0.45 mtr round) above ground level on the pole in 1:3:6 CC including cost of drilling holes and cutting as required and cost of all material (sand, cement and stone grit ) required for the work, construction work . with fitting of all accessories upto energisation, etc complete work as per RESPO Specification and as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Erection & Grouting of single P.C.C. Pole 8.5 Mtr. Long. ( Supplied by the department) including digging of pits 0.6x0.6x1.5 Mtr. grouting of pit 1:4:8 block with stone pad incluing cost of ballast, cement and sand and with fitting of all accessories, grouting & back filling with soil & bounder earthing complete work as per RESPO specification & as per direction of Engineer – In-Charge.

Muffing of Pole with CC 1:3:6 block and 45 cm. hight from ground level including cost of ballast, cement and sand etc in all krespect.

Fixing of Stay rod in to pit including excavation of earth of size 6x0.6x0.9x1.2 Mtr. complete as per RESPO drawing no. RES-16 with stay rod 16x1800 stay wire 7/10 SWG( Stay set and stay wire will be provided by the department ) and grouting of stay in pit with CC 1:4:8 in bottom of pit in size 0.60x0.60x0.60 Mtr. and earth filling complete in all respect with cost of cement , sand & stone ballast and fixing of all other items with stay clamps, stay elbow including proper nozelling etc. required for proper completion of work, as per direction of Engineer- In- charge.

Laying, Spreading,Stringing and sagging of 11KV. Line single circuit on ACSR Dog conductor double circuit with fitting of all accessories complete work as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge.

Fixing of guarding for protection of Road/ H.T. line at crossing location consisting of two now guarding angle in size 65x65x6mm. and fixng of G.S. earth wire 6 SWG.as straight wire and G.I. wire No. 6 SWG for cross wire ( which will be provided by department )

Fixing of 11KV. X-arm angle V type 65x65x6mm including drilling holes and fabrication as required.

Fabrication and Fixing of Top channel/ Dropper channel, brac king and service brac kets of M.S. Channel 100x50 mm. with cutting drilling of holes and fabrication work as required by Engineer in Charge as per requirement of site .

Fixing of M.S earthling rod 20x2500 mm for earthing of supports as per RESPO drawing . No RES-12 including driving earth rod 2.5 mtr deep below ground level connected to support with GI wire NO 6 SWG, fixing of earthing Clamps. wth bolts & nuts, earthing lug etc.including all other material and labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work( G.I. wire 6 SWG and earthing rods will be provided by the department .

Painting of of STP -55 Single support with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of aluminum paint Berger Luxol quality over one coat of red oxide primer and P.O. red and two strip of fluorescent altemate red and white paint 30CM wide upto 1.5 Meter from ground level. complete in all respect including cost of Paint.

Painting of of STP -55 Double pole support with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of aluminum paint Berger Luxol quality over one coat of red oxide primer and P.O. red and two strip of fluorescent altemate red and white paint 30CM wide upto 1.5 Meter from ground level. complete in all respect including cost of Paint.

Filling & fixing of 11 KV. 3x300 sq.mm. outdoor cable jointing kit.

Febrication and fixing of Channel of T-Off and T-off fixing and connection complete as per direction of Engineer – In- Charge.

Route Clearance by Cutting of tee branches/proning loping and chopping of trees for H.T. line.

Cable Lyaing by Hanging on Poles throgh messengers wire and eaccommodate 11KV. XLPE Cable 3x300 sq.mm. ( Double CKT ) complete with fabrication of channel etc. and fixing with clamps, laying of 11KV. 3x300 sq.mm cable and making cable joints at both end and mounting on D/P. structures as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge complete work .

Fixing of M.S. Clamp for fixing of messenger wire with nut bolt complete in all respect.

Supply of Stay Clamps M.S. Clamps for S.P.-55 made of M.S. flat of size 65x8 mm. with 65x16mm Bolt, Nut & washers duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamps should be free from any crack, welding & burrs, complete in all respect as per sample.

Supply of X-arm Holding clamps M.S. Clamps for S.P.-55 made of M.S. flat of size 65x8 mm. with 65x16mm Bolt, Nut & washers duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamps should be free from any crack, welding & burrs, complete in all respect as per sample .

Supply of Bracing set Clamps M.S. Clamps for S.P.-55 made of M.S. flat of size 65x8 mm. with 65x16mm Bolt, Nut & washers duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamps should be free from any crack, welding & burrs, complete in all respect as per sample .
