Excavating in post holes in Soft/disintegrated rock (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches Soft/disintegrated rock, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. N exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, tee/flat or other sections, including cutting tops to shapes as directed drilling holes ,notching for wire etc and simillar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 etc all as specified and directed

Fixing only Chain link fencing in patch incl line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standard rail ,staining bolts etc incl provn of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS glavanised fencing size 100x100x3mm or type as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 8 to 10 mm dia mild steel round bar for line wire of Chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10mm dia and length of bolt exceeding exc 5cm but n exc 10 cm long with hexagonal or square head at one end and other end screwed or both end screwed, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one exagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with complete fixing acessaries complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to faces of stone and dressing of faced beds and joints as specified for RR walling uncoursed or brought upto courses hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 40mm for lime or sand stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to RR or Polygon rubble uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded agg) in copings, Kneelers, apex stone, bed plate, kerbs including slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) in foundations, columns,pillars,boundary pillars and posts concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering , doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing onlyas specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or untreated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed
