Supplying, fixing, installation and testing calcium hypochloride chemical dozing system, 100litres capacity, comprising of pressure pump, thermoplastic cylindrical receptacle with cover, with power free automatic water sanitizer, proportional dozing arrangements, conditioning, sludge deposition facility, etc. including dismantling of old dozing machine from position and depositing at AGE E/M store including all loading / unloading, carting, etc. as required and with the under mentioned attachments complete all as specified and as directed Attachments: (a) Water inlet regulator (b) Overflow vent (c) Water outlet regulator (for standalone gravity flow and offline automated gravity flow) (d) Drain valve (e) Fluid level controller (f) Sludge level gauge (g) Station based assembly with station based buffer and multi-cavity arrangements (13Nos) (h) Station holding assembly (j) Refill cavity lids (k) Inbuilt level switch and processor (l) Flexible connecting duct

Notes for serial item No. 01: (a) Chemical dozer shall be as per relevant IS and of approved model and of approved manufacturer (b) The dozer shall be installed as per manufaturer's specfications and stipulations (c) The system shall be inclusive of all components, parts, etc. complete and no items shall be separately measured (d) The entire dozing plant shall be tested as per IS and test certificates shall be sumbited for any payment purpose (e) Cost of any addition / alteration a per site requirements, fittings, fixtures, etc. required in the exisiting feeding and supply lines shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate

M&L for taking out raw & treated water sample from pump house or any other location and getting the same tested for physical, chemical, bacteriological analysis and submitting test reports complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (a) Testing shall be got done from the Directorate of PHE or any Govt authorized testing laboratory as approved (b) Test reports shall be submitted to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge for any payment purose (c) Each sample tested completely will only be considered

M&L for maintaining chemical dozer (lime dozer) and connected equipment including preventive and breakdown maitenance, replacing expandble parts, etc. on monthly basis by checking, servicing, maitaining the dozer complete all as specified and as directed Note: Spare parts if replaced will be measured and paid separately under respective items herein

M&L for maintaining chemical dozer (alum dozer) and connected equipment including preventive and breakdown maitenance, replacing expandble parts, etc. on monthly basis by checking, servicing, maitaining the dozer complete all as specified and as directed Note: Spare parts if replaced will be measured and paid separately under respective items herein

Supply and dozing in proportions Alumino Ferric (Ferric Alum) grade-4 conforming to IS:299-2012 with additional requirements for purification of water, containing lead (as pb) 20PPM maximum and arsenic (as AS203) 4PPM maximum complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and dozing bleaching powder grade-I conforming to IS: 1065-1989 (2nd revision), ISI marked, minimum markable chlorine 33.5% by mass complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and dozing in proportions hydrated lime (eatable) CaOH2 of purity 90% and conforming to IS: 1514-1990 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and dozing in proportions chlorination chemical highly efficient (high strength) with CIAS (corrosion inhibitor & anti scalant) calcium based granular disinfectant, more stable than chlorine gas, highly stable, in sealed container to check no sodium, iron, mercury, heavy metal contaminations, etc. conforming to IS: 10500-2012 complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (a) Paid vouchers of calcium based granular disinfectant shall be submitted (b) The calcium based granular disinfectant shall be brought at site/store in sealed plastic container of appropriate capacity / size asked (c) The brand of chemical shall be as approved by the GE

Supply only chlorine tablets (each pack of 25 tablets) suitable for existing dozing systme and disposable sanitizer refill (dia 2.5'' + 0.5'' and height 10'' + 0.5'') conforming to relevant IS for disinfecting drinking water with arrangements for controlled release of disinfectant, having screening media for heavy metal contaminants below detectable limits and passing through acute toxicity test (non toxicity and mammalian cells) for safe human health complete all as specified and as directed

Notes for item Nos. 15 to 19: (a) The chemicals shall be brought at site/store in sealed plastic container of appropriate capacity / size (b) The brand shall be as approved by the GE (c) Test certificate and analytical report from manufacturer with batch number shown in purchase voucher shall be submitted by the Contractor for each consignment of material supplied from the manufacturer or authorised dealer as approved
