MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS REQUIRED FOR B/R & E/M SERVICES (Sch 'A' Part-XI)

SITE CLEARANCE AND SITE DEVELOPMENT Bringing approved earth (as approved by Garrison Engineer) from sources outside defence land including all cost such as royalty if any, transportation, taxes if any etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) Earth required for the item shall be supplied by contractor from outside of MOD land of any lead, at his own arrangement. (b) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, compaction royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (c) Forming embankments / filling in low lying areas including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering ramming / rolling and finishing of required size, shape etc not exceeding 1.5 m high from base / natural ground level. (d) With reference to Clause 3.6 of MES Schedule Part-II on Serial Page NO. 21, it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be of finished embankment / traverse of filled earth after consolidation / compaction and 5% deduction shall be made from measured and calculated volume to allow for increase in bulk. (e) Total quantity / partial quantity of earth may not be available in Missamari Area. The contractor shall bring the earth outside area and it is advised to quote the rate considering available of soil and its lead involved.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL Supply, laying and testing of 200mm internal dia of DWC high density (HDPE) pipe ISI marked (with CM/L No) with and including all fittings and jointing materials for sewage line and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supplying and fixing of Modular type TV Co-axial socket outlet-1 module in the modular MS / GI sheet box and cover plate including connections etc complete all as specified directed.

Supplying and fixing of modular type RJ-11 telephone socket outlet in the modular MS/GI sheet box and cover plate including connections etc Double RJ-11 in one module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED lights fitting 1x10 W, 220 V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Fabrication, supply & fixing of GI Pipe bracket up to 32 mm dia 0.9 m long & 2 set of clamps made out of 30x5mm MS flat & fixed with anchor bolt suitable for 1x32W LED security light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCCB 3 pole , 415 volts, fixed type, 200 Amp with breaking capacity 25 KA complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply, laying, jointing & testing of Ductile Iron (DI) Pressure 100 mm bore (dia) with Spigot & Socket Ends, Centrifugally Cast (Spun) with Cement Mortar Lining in Inner Side confirming to IS : 8392 /2000 in standard length for classification K-9 and other relevant standards and Metallic Zinc Coating followed by a finishing layer of Epoxy Paint in outer side, suitable for Push-on Joint (Rubber Gasket Joint) in any length and laid in Trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavation, DI Specials shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rate of rubber gasket joint shall be included in quoted rate.

DI Bends tapers, Tees, pieces, Reducer Tee (Single or double branch) any Type and angle/ radius and straight connecting pieces for Pipe upto 300mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 900 mm x 900mm x 900 mm complete with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover angle iron frame duly painted with locking arrangement including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC work complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Excavation and Earth work will be measured and paid separately.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix expulsion fuse, Triple pole, channel type/drop out type suitable as per site reqmt with working pressure 11 KV grade of capacity upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with copper Earth Plate Electrode 600mm x 600mm x3.15mm, thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level with Top Edge of Earth Plate at depth not less than 1.50 Metre below Normal Ground Level, connected to Copper earth strip 20x3 mm drawn through and including Galvanised Iron protection Pipe 40 mm bore (dia) Light grade up to height of the transformer foundation where transformer is situated by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers etc Earth plate surrounded by a packed thickness of charcoal or coke dust mixed with common salt in alternate layers of not exc 150mm thick PCC Pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate ), Precast RCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate ) cover slab 350 x350 x 50mm thick reinforced with and including 8mm dia TMT Bars @ 10 cm Centre to Centre both ways GI Wire Mesh , Funnel, with GI Watering Pipe 20mm bore dia Medium grade necessary excavation in soft loose soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil upto a distance of 50 METRE and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part- I and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of Road (minimum 1.0 METRE below the Road Surface incl GI Tubing not exc. 80mm bore (dia) for passing of UG Cable, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : GI pipe will be measured and paid separately.

S&F Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Type B-1 of size (0.5M X 0.05MX1.0M) Cable Route Indicator including embossing 'DANGER/11KV CABLE/MES' on both sides and painted Letters with approved Colour, burried in ground for a depth of 45 Cm including necessary Earth Work, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of PCC of design mix for laying of HT UG Cable of size 95 Sqmm Main cable for KLP site with the help of Concrete Cutter and removal of debris carefully from site and deposit as per direction of Engr in charge within 50 mtr range with the help of JCB if required.Note- Cost of Concrete Cutter and JCB will be included in quoted unit rate complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out HT UG Cable any cross sectional area laying in trenches carefully after disconnection from 2 pole structure or fixing with wall or poles complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting and relaying of HT UG Cable of size 95 Sqmm as obtained from Item No 11.17 in trench after relocation to viable roots complete all as specified and directed. Note- Cutting and exc in trench of PCC bed will be done separately under respective items.

S & F Junction Box for Street Lights of size 205x255x112 mm made out of Polycarbonate material totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, rain protected slanted roof top, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight IP 66/67 protection and suitable size of "connect well" stud terminal (provision for socket bolting)- 04 Nos suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire internal wiring system including MCB SP 06 amps- 01 No and mounted on security light pole with suitable bracket nuts, bolts including removal of exiting unsv all as specified and directed. Note :- Cable glands shall be fixed in inlet and out let of junction box and rate of Cable glands is deem to be included in quoted rate.

Supply & laying , testing & commissioning of LT PVC insulated, Twin core copper Conductor 1100 Volt grade, cross-sectional area 2.5 Sqmm, connecting along security pole from Junction Box to Security light including Brass Cable, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of Transformer yard 8 mtr x 8 mtr x 150 mm filled with 40 mm broken stone gravels with transformer base (for transformer base refer TD drg no. CESZ/2019/TD-71, sheet no. 1/1) of size 2 mtr x 2 mtr x 1.2 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Mild Steel gate 5 mtr x 2.10 mtr for transformer yard as per TD drg no. CESZ/2018/TD-27, sheet no. 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Chain link & barbed wire fencing with angle iron post (Height =2.10 mtr above GL) as per TD drg no. CESZ/2019/TD-48, sheet no. 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and directed.

AIR CONDITIONING Supply and Installation, commissioning of wall mounting air cooled split type unit air conditioner electric driven single phase indoor unit and outdoor unit with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality cutting ,brazing and connecting the copper pipe of size 1/2 inch and 1/4 inch size of pipe and making holes as for passing of copper pipes and electric cables and pressure testing with nitrogen and freon gas vacuuming the system and charging the Non CFC refrigerant and testing the complete system for smooth functioning of split AC up to satisfactioning, minimum 5 star rating, confirming to IS-1391 Para II 1992 herimatically sealed air compressor working with Non CFC refrigerant suitable for wall mounting 1.5 Ton including 02 sets of powder coated angle bracket for outdoor unit and drain pipe of suitable length as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.
