REPAIR AND MAINTAINANCE OF STREET LIGHTS, POLES AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES UNDER TECH AND NON TECH AREA UNDER GE(I)(CG) GOA

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m deep and n.exc 1.5 m wide and getting out in soft disintegrated rock/ laterite rock for taking up/relaying LT UG cable/ pipe Complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata. Complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply/ Lay dry river sand/ M sand in trenches for cable protection Complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness only will be measured & Paid.

Supply and lay cable cover LV type 1 flate size 250 X 150 X 40 mm for cable protection Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out LT UG cable of any type and size from trenches/ walls etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Lay,testing & commission UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area 3.5/4 core AC supply of following size Complete all as specified and directed:-

(a) Cable under ground LT 25 Sqmm 4.0 core.

(b) Cable under ground LT 16 Sqmm 4.0 core.

Material and labour in replacement for GI pipe light grade laid in trenches for cable protection of size 50mm dia. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Lugs of 16 sqmm and 25 sqmm Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for relaying of LT cable in trenches. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs to LT street light pillar box by opening door hinges and taking out rusted portion of door incl removing bends/dents and refixing the door with new hinges, handles, making good surfaces bolting etc and painting of LT pannels by duly cleaning the surface from dust and grease and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by using spray gun colour as directed by the Eng-in-Charge and lettering the LT panels with black/white paint using stencils or marking lettering by using stickers with minimum size of letter to be of 5 Cm Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Taking down the burnt MCB from the street light pole, junction boxes etc and supply & fix , test & commissioning of MCB 6 to 16 Amps/10KA, Single Pole Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Taking down the burnt MCCBs from the LT panels/feeder pillar, junction boxes etc and supply & fix , test & commissioning of MCCB 63 Amps/16KA, 4 Pole Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of surfaces RCC Pole of 9 mtr by scraping with emery paper and making free from rust, dust and any foreign material and apply two coats of cement based weather proof distemper including letter writing on poles such as Pole No and source point of electric supply with black paint at minimum height of 1.2m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down street light fitting from pole for repairing / replacement / cleaning of any Wattage, including removing dead insect, dust and refixing again to same location. Complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of accessories like driver and LA protection device will be measured & paid separately.

Supply and Fixing in repair PVC FRP junction box with including 01 No MCB SP of 6 Amp fixed on existing pole with clamp, nut & bolt connections including removing dismantling of unserviceable pole box and MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor 2x 2.5 sqmm+1x 2.5 sqmm earth wire in PVC rigid conduit from fitting through the bracket to DB sintex box complete all as specified and directed.. Note: 2 run of 2.5sqmm, 1 run of 1.5 sqmm and 20mm PVC conduit will be measured as one length.

Taking down unserviceable indication lamp and supply, fix and testing indication lamp (LED type) with showing red, yellow and green in colour of 22.5mm dia monitor on LT panel board suitable for 240V AC complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of steel/GI tubular electric poles 9.0 mtr/7.0 Mtr long and with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface approved colour and quality including letter writing on poles such as Pole No and source point of electric supply with black paint at minimum height of 1.2m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair LED street lights 70W new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover havint TOP OPENING seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV Built-in Surge Protection Device and giving electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant with driver and lamp.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED Driver unit for LED Street light Luminaire 70 W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED Driver unit for LED Flood light Luminaire 120 W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED Driver unit for LED Flood light Luminaire 150 W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED Driver unit for LED Search light Luminaire 300 W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 3 Phase Nature time switch using infrared sensor technolgy based automatic street light control panel enclosed in SMC boxes with one No MCB TPN 32 Amps, with Contactor 32 Amp 3 Pole connector 4 way 32 Amps including fixing clamps, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by taking down the old damaged timer.

Supply and fix in replacement contactor, 4 pole, 415V, 40A cap, MCX , 2 NO+2 NC utilsed for heavy duty by taking down the old perished / deteriorated contactor aganist repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 4.0 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 sqmm to 25 sqmm. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Plain Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in Foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Plain Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for pole coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
