Dismantling of Asbestos cement Corrugated or semi corrugated sheets etc any thickness including ridges as in roof covering and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris to outside MoD land and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Second class hard wood kiln seasoned, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood plain framed panelled door shutter (any number of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle boards with commercial veneering on both face the size of rail and style as per IS - 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton door shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window / Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/sqmm, modules of elasticity 900 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 Kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity 850 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer -In- Charge. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for 18mm thick BWR grade marine ply (ISI marked), one side with 1mm thick designer lamination & other side with 0.80mm thick designer lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work/hinges as in shutters, shelves, kitchen cabinet, drawer etc with & including 2mm thick PVC lipping (edge band) to be fixed with hydraulic press at factory including pressing lipping and back sides covered, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Fe.290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, necessary welding, etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A’, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 Grade St-240 including necessary welding, bolting, special shaped washer, clamps, cleats etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling old deteriorated wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets and M&L for new 8 mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre board with frame work with screws fixed to false ceiling with and including MS powder coated (white) snap Grid of size 605x605 mm frame work using 24mm x 32mm x 0.7mm main ‘Tee’ runner to be interlocked, 24mm x 32mm x 0.70mm cross ‘Tee’ and 24mm x 32mm x 0.70mm angles fixed to wall for ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 4 mm dia GI wire (upto 2.5m long adjustable) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 24x7mm size 60mm long for securing frame work to ceiling suspended @ 1200mm centre to centre both way with PVC rawl plug with & including 6mm thick calcium silicate board as described fixing with clips etc. and ceiling board fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions, with & including painting the ceiling board with two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade over a coat of primer on ceiling with & including taking down existing electrical fittings/fixtures and wiring in ceiling and re-fixing the same to its original position or different locations, after completion of false ceiling work including testing on completion as ordered complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/ ridges/ cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE. (ii) Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding, safety net, safety belt, etc

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs or terrace cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description or any other type of treatment over roof slab, parapets, chimney stacks, etc including cement plaster over RCC roof and cleaning the surface with wire brushes and washing with water, removing of insolvent materials and removing & depositing the debris, rubbish, etc outside MoD land, brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg of cement per Sqm over the cleaned surface and provide 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layer/plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement while the cement slurry is still green on RCC roof/parapet, provide oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm after bedding layer/plaster is cured with water for 7 days & completely dried, provide minimum 4mm thick APP based modified polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt fabric weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm with over laps 100 mm longitudinal direction (side laps) and 150 mm on the transverse direction (end laps) by thermo-fused torch flame application method as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finishing the top surface with one finishing coat of bituminous aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) WPC shall be measured & paid for separately as ‘Supply only’. (ii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and contractor shall submit a written guarantee of the manufacturer/authorised applicator for the effectiveness of WPT for 10 years from the date of completion of contract. (iii) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (iv) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps.

M&L for average 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, floor, levelling course, etc by maintaining gradient/ undulation, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors, pavings, etc, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (shade & pattern as approved by GE), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (shade & pattern as approved by GE), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm, on vertical surfaces such as skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4, size of tiles as directed by GE to match the size of vitrified tiles provided in floor under respective item in this Schedule, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for non skid joint free ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 300mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for ultra strong outdoor vitrified parking coloured tiles, 12mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and the like, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs (one edge), 18-20mm thick stone as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations, including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick layer of white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means (any number of layers) by hand held sander/ long handle sander, including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty on walls complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by meachanical means (any number of layers) by hand held sander/ long handle sander, rubbing down, stopping of distempered & Jet pressure washing and painted surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.
