Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m(one point five meter)in width or 10 sq.m(ten square metre)on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m(one point five meter) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in any leads, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1: 4: 8 (one cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm .(forty milimetres)nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six coarse sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetres) nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand )including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5(twelve point five)conforming to IS:2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand_with mnodular bricks, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work upto plinth level : 1:2:4(one cement : two coarse sand: four graded stone aggregate 20mm.(twenty milimeteres)nominal size), including all leads, lifts and carriage of matrials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position 2nd (Second) class deodar wood with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing 40x5mm.(forty into five milimetre)flt iron hold fast 40cm.(forty centimetre)long including fixing to frame with 10mm(ten milimetres)diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm.(thirty into ten into fifteen centimetres)mix 1:3:6(one cement : three sand :six graded stone aggregate 20mm.(twenty milimetres)nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc., complete, 300x16mm.(three hundred into sixteen milimetres,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc., complete, 125mm.(one hundred twenty five milimetres),including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S.tower bolt black finish,(Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete, 250x10mm. (two hundred fifty into ten milimetre),including all leads, lifts and carriage of maaterials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pre-laminated flat pressed 3 layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood particle board IS3087 marked, with one side decorative and other side balancing lanination Grade-I, Type-II exterior grade IS :12823 marked, in shelves with screws and fitting wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethane primer (fittings to be paid separately), 18mm.(eighteen milimetres)thick, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.all complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge .

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level mild steel and medium tensile steel bars, including all leads, lift and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as requred in stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required all complete, including all leads, lift and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear ortions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18mm(Eighteen milimetres)thick stone slab over 20mm.(twenty milietres)(average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc., all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, polished Granite stone slab jet black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the Entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat on therough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls or half brick wall for interiorplastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm(eighty milimetre) in grith & finished even & smooth in cement mortar 1:6 ( one cement : six sand )including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm.to 20mm.(twelve to twenty milimetre)in patches of ara 2.5 sq.m.(two point five square metre) and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete,including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with cement mortar 1:4(one cement : four fine sand),including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm.(One mililmetre)of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paont to give an even shade two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr./10 square metre over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr./10 square metre of approved branc and manufacture within all leads and lifts a per entire satisfaaction & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paont to give an even shade two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr./10 square metre over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr./10 square metre of approved branc and manufacture within all leads and lifts a per entire satisfaaction & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 (fifty) grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour two coats. including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge .

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exteriior paint of required shade old work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltrs./10 sq.m.)(at the rate of one point six seven litres per ten square metre)on existing cement paint surface, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1: 2: 4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate) 40mm .(forty milimetres)nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks in footpath, paraks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm(fifty milimeteres ) thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and jproper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, 80mm.(eighty milimetres)thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design and pattern,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
