Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete RCC M -15 in open foundations using 40 mm, 20mm and 10mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. for Drain walls.

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shuttering for Footing

Plastering with CM (1:5), 12 mm thick single coat including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of water proof cement paint of apporved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for internal walls

Painting to MS Iron Gate with synthatic enamel paint tow coats over primer coat of red oxid including cost and conveyance of all materials and labur charges etcc omplete

Providing Mild steel flats and bars for fabricating steel works like Window Grills, Compound Wall Grills, Iron Doors, Windows including cost of welding rods, power charges, including cost of fixing in position as per approved designs and drawings including cost and conveyance of bars from approved sources to site of work, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position etc., but excluding VAT for finished item of work (APSS No.126) in all floors. For window grills, staircase railing & Compound wall grills etc.

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 MORD / 1600 MORTH, for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding VAT & Seignorage charges
