Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications

Painting 2 coats with approved cement paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete.

Painting the old Iron works with best black anti-corresive paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use of workI including cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finsishing, complying with standared specification and as directed by the departmental officers 10m2 106

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality II Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 43/8" x 23/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unshealhed SC.Cu. conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid Pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A F.T. switch inflush with wall, covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light/fan point (For Electronic regulator) (5 points per coil).
