Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated soil for laying of cable and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard dense/soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated soil for laying of cable (For road cutting) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material soil not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for laying dry clean Sand cushioning and covering of UG cable using crushed metal sand in trenches for cable protection all as specified (Punned thickness shall be measured)

M&L for laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm to U/G cable laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under ground cable for cable protection in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying Bricks common burnt clay building bricks, old size sub-class ‘A’ designation 75 in trenches as protection of under ground cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for coping to pole foundation including necessary form work with fair finished surface all as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete (1 : 4 : 8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for pole foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified.

Supply and Install in replacement of Tubular steel poles swaged type & shall conform to IS 2713 (Parts 1 to 3) 1980 with CI base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22, (8.50 Mtr long). Finials and base plate shall be of cast iron and conform to the details given in fig. 3 and 4 of the Standard (IS-2713 Part 1*3 of 1980). A through hole of 14 mm diameter shall be provided in each pole at a height of 300 mm above the planting depth for earthing arrangements. Protection Against Corrosion The poles shall be coated with two coasts of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally up to the planting depth. The remaining portion of the exterior with one coat of red oxide/emulsion paint & two coat of aluminium paint to GI bracket for street lights and two coats of zebra marking with enamel from ground level and upto 1 mtr height including white washing the coping and cleaning the bushes surrounding the pole bottom upto 1 mtr width all as directed. Note:- Earthwork & PCC shall be measured & paid seperately.

M&L for attending of water supply complaints for any leakage/blockage in GI pipe lines of size 20mm/25mm bore taking up serviceable/unserviceable GI water pipe lines all fittings/fixtures from trench including supply and laying GI tubing 20mm/25mm bore up to 1 mtr length (max) including necesssary cutting, threading and replacement of unserviceable GI fittings such as GI socket /Nipple/union socket / Tee /reducer etc. of size 20mm/25mm including necessary excavation and earth work up to 1 mtr length to repair the leakage / clearing the blockage in the pipe line and testing on completion. (above 1 Mtr Ecavation of earth and GI fittings shall be measured & paid seperately )
