Renovation and upgradation of Sub Division Level Water Testing Laboratory under PWD (DWS) Division, Kamalpur, Dhalai, Tripura during the year of 2026-27.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- 13.30.2) With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. On old work,

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. On old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( one or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. on steel grill

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- 5.3.2) 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for: 5.8.4.1) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with timber planks

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 5.19.4) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- 6.12.3) In cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. 8.46.1) Fixed to steel windows by welding.
