Taking down chowkhats or frames exc. 1.50 sqm and not exc 4 Sqm each but with shutter (w/o taking of shutter from the frame ) complete all as specified and directed by Engg In Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.50 sqm each but with shutter (w/o taking of shutter from the frame ) including Windows /ventilators complete all as specified and directed by Engg In Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm and n.exc 2.00 Sqm each all as specified and directed. (The cost of making good the surface of wall /floor with matching the existing surface either tile or plastered surface whatever exist on ground is including in the unit rate of item)

S & F for Framed work (Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

S&F 35mm thick(2nd Class hardwood) factory made gauzed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze , etc (without sash bars) , edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass , etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I , Section 8 , Clause 8.20 (a) , Supplied and fitted to chowkats all as specified and directed.

S & F 35mm thick factory made second class hard wood plain, framed , panelled shutter (2 panel) with lock rail and panel commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board of 9 mm B.W.P commercial veneering on both faces.The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels , commercial type on both sides covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm mild steel butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled all as directed.
