Painting of regulator gate

85.114:Painting all the exposed surfaces of the gate and embedded parts with two coats of epoxy coal tar black paint confirming to IS14948 with a minimum film thickness of 150+/-5 microns per each coat over two coats of priming coat applied with zinc primer containing not less than 85% of zinc on dry film with a film thickness of 70+/-5 microns , so that the total film thickness of all coats including priming coat at any rate is not less than 350 microns after cleaning the surface using hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges , cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site

Overhauling of hoisting mechanism

OD36940/2025-2026:Overhauling the hoisting mechanism including replacing the existing wire rope with new of 18mm, 6/36 galvanized with fiber core and refilling gear oil, applying grease to the gear wheels, bearings, including the cost of all materials, labour etc. complete, as per the direction of Departmental officers at site.

Erection of new MS gate and reinstalling hoisting bridge and mechanism and conducting trial run

OD37028/2025-2026:Erection of the gates safely in the grooves , assembling and aligning including cost of all machinery, labour all incidental and conveyance charges etc complete as per direction of departmental officer at site

85.136:Erection of the hoisting bridge unit including handrails , ladder and platform etc. in correct alignment and anchoring it ; setting and aligning the covers of the hoisting unit etc complete including cost of all labour, machinery, incidental and conveyance , lead and lift charges etc complete but excluding cost of materials already supplied

85.125:Conveying and erecting in position the already supplied rope drum hoisting units ( 15T/20T/25T/30T) capacity on the hoisting bridge and correcting the alignment as far as possible manually as per the direction of departmental officer at site including cost of all labour, machinery, lead and lift and all incidental and conveyance charge etc complete

OD36941/2025-2026:Supplying and Applying Cardium compound on wire ropes of hoisting mechanism of rope drum operated vertical gates.

OD37030/2025-2026:Supplying and stacking 18mm diameter 6x36 construction right hand lay fiber core galvanized iron wire rope confirming to IS 2266/2019

85.135:Conveying and Fixing wire rope already supplied to the new gates and Hoisting unit safely and conducting Trial Run
