Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exe 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n. exc 2 sqm each and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of shutters in same opening of any descrption after easing and adjusting , exc 1.00 Sqm but n exc 2.00 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prelam Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick prelam (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Providing and fixing windows & ventilators fabricated from Rolled Formed GI Section made of Galvanised steel colour coated(PPGI Sheets) (Base steel as per IS 513 ‘’D’’ quality. Galvanised as per IS 277 with Zinc of 90 Gsm/SqMt w. PAINT: Pre-Painted sections should be with primer coat of epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder upto 50-60 microns thick.GI Section of 0.58mm thick in Double rebate windows in which both glazed shutter and flymesh shutter, 74 X 60mm outer frame , Mullion 72 x 49mm, Glazed shutter 48 x 22mm, Flymesh 41 x 22mm, Beading with round ends for Glass Fixing 12 x 12mm in fixed portion and the outer frame and mullions to have rebate for glazed/gauzed shutters the sections cut to length metre joined with corner Poly Vinyl Chloride brackets centre mullion fixed with PolyVinylChloride Mullion caps. Glass of 4mm thick plain float glass fitted with Ethylene Propylene Diamine Monomer in glazed shutter and wiremesh of Stainless steel of 36 guage to fix mesh in mesh shutter using VC Black Gypsum Drywall screws and Spoon profile of 0.58mm GI Sheet. Corners of the windows should be joined with corner brackets made of polyvinylchloride with crca of zinc phosphate coat.Each glazed shutter and fly mesh shutter shall be provided with SS Pivot Hinges 2 in each, PolyVinylChloride handle 1 in each and Powder coated Peg stay in Glass shutter.Window shall be provided with Powder coated MS Grill/Guard Bars made of 10mm MS Sq Bar welded to 6 x 12mm MS Flat with countersunk holes at both vertical ends . Gap between the bars should not be more than 150mm. Window frames shall be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self expension caps & 75/100 mm MS screws after drilling in walls. VC Black Gypsum Drywall screws should be used while fixng corner brackets, stay, hinges, mullion caps of windows.

S&F Factory made double rebate WPC (wood polymer composite) solid door frames/chowkat of size 65x125 mm of virgin PVC Polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood/powder/rice husk/wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threated star heads SS screw having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum screw withdrawal strenght of 2200 N (face) and 1100 N (Edge)proof, water/moisture proo, minimum compressive strenght of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and serestance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 35 mm thick factory made modular single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30 mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moistur proof and fire retardant. M&L for 2nd class hardwood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 35 mm thick Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters (factory made), open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a) fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulision (O.B.D) white or tinted over and incl of one coat of primer on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block for insertion of hold fast incl necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 18 mm thick with min density 600 Kg/cu.m LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply of single side rigid laminate of approved color and other side plain white colour fixed with piano hinge to make kitchen cabinet/Almirah shutters incl D-type cabinet handles(stainless steel 304/gloss chrome/SN finished 150mm long matt finished) premium quality & Magnetic Catcher including dismantle of boarding any type complete as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note- (Steel Handle & Magnetic Catcher per shutter will be specified by Eng in Charge).

M&L Painting to new wood or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces, priming with pink primer (one coat) finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surface exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars;flat iron as in hold fast, barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Stainless steel wire cloth of size 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling as in fillets , rails , post ,rafters, purlins, etc under 40 Sq. cm in section in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain fillets of second class hard wood (suitable for joiner’s and carpenter’s work, locally available) section area exceeding 3 Sq.cm and not exceeding 6 Sq.cm, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn secured with nails complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain fillets of second class hard wood (suitable for joiner’s and carpenter’s work, locally available) section area exceeding 13 Sq.cm and not exceeding 25 Sq.cm, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn secured with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs 20 to 25 mm dia anodised aluminium alloy curtain rods with and including fixing socket and brackets one pair in each rods complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones glazed with oil putty fixed with beads or in wooden shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 03 mm thick glass sheet , ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beads not exceeding 0.5 square metre in each pane complete all as specified and directed.
