M & L Machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over screed bed of 15 mm thick 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as item no 22 above but over screed bed or bedding layer 10mm thick 1:4 on vertical surfaces/skirting including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles in verticle surfaces 450x 300x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer 10mm thick 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 20mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 2% of water proofing compound as in roof treatment when conc is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L APP based membrane course roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen's primer polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3KG/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporated completely. (ii) Applying APP based pre-fabricated with non woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilized with fibre glass strands and top with grey mineral slates 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm by torch application method. (iii) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10Kg/Sqm over mineral surface.

M & L for powder coated Aluminium frame and shutter for sliding & openable, door, windows, partation & ventilators (movable louvers type) with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc. Rubber gasketting all round the panels / shutters to fix glass, PVC gasketting in all channels, locking arrangement, (minimum thickness of powder coating 60 micron for windows, door, partation and ventilators with natutal matt fininsh) complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- (i) Glass to be measured and paid separately under respective of work. (ii) Items shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section.
