Material and labour for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces, including crack filling by compound of putty to get a uniform smooth surfaces including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying one coat of plastic emulsion on wall (white or tinted), coloured and shade as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3.00 here-in-above, but as on ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Applying acrylic thick wall care putty on internal of walls/ceilings (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall, coloured and shade as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing cement base paint on wall and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Square Metre over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Square Metre over new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No. 8.00 here-in-above, but steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description complete all as specified and as directed
