Providing maintenance for E+H, KROHNE & ABB make Electromagnetic flow meter including site visit at various locations under Kherdi-Khadpoli & Lote water supply scheme.

Testing & Calibration of flow meter by clamp on portable type flow meter at site including follow SOPs and provide traceable documentation, Consult on calibration methods and frequencies, Proactively identify potential instrument issues, our calibration management software COMPUCALL will improve calibration planning and at the same time satisfy the requirement of customers by providing traceable & auditable records. Also it will support to link with W@M tool ENDRESS + HAUSER life cycle management solution. Using the serial no of instrument W@M allow to download the calibration certificate, technical information. Verification of flow meters _Once in a year. > Field check / Hearbeat verification of the flow meter to assess the flow meter healthiness. > To check the current working conditions of the flowmeters to be verified . > To assess the functional performance of the flowmeters. > To documents the flowmeters performance in the verification report . > To confirm the flowmeter remains in the factory conditions.
