55.6.a:Providing pre mix bitumen leveling coarse having thickness between 20mm and 40mm with 12mm deptl metal by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen (vg 30) with pressure sprayer at the rate of 48 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen conveyance heating mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roler and other sundry stores.

OD49385/2023-2024:Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 40 mm thickness over the existing black topped surface with departmental broken stone after thoroughly cleaning the existing surface wire brush, bass brooms and applying a tack coat of bitumen 2.50kg/10m2 and spreading the hot premix (formed of 0.32 m3 24 mm broken stone 0.22m3 12 mm broken stone and 22.08kg of bitumen/10m2) to template rolling to dense compact surface, then spreading the seal coat (comprising of hot premix of 0.09m3 of 6 mm broken stone and 8.64kg of bitumen per 10m2) rolling again to smooth to finish including cost of bitumen oils and fuels,hire for roller, boiler, sprayer and brushes, lighting and watching etc complete. (Total usage of bitumen 33.22kg/10m2)

(Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost.)
