Should Provide Purchase Order for Supply of Unique Plants worth Rs.1.00 Crores during the year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 to any Government or Government Undertaking Sectors and Private Sectors by the Firm or by his collaboration firm.

Tenderer should have Valid Import License or Should obtain Authorization Letter from any Firm having valid Import License

Tenderer should provide photo proof of having Unique Tree Plants in the Nursery. The same will be inspected by the Departmental Officers for having Unique Tree Plants in the Nursery, after confirming the proof then only Technical bid will be Accepted

Income Tax returns of the last 3 Assessment years 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24

Turnover Certificate of Rs.3.00Crores for last 3 years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 dully certified by Chartered Accountant

Declaration or Affidavit of Non Blacklisted, not having any outstanding dues to Government, Not having Litigation with any Government Authorities with regard to Contracts
