The structure has to be provided as per conceptual drawings of Tensile fabric profile, including all arch beam, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints. The complete structure to be with one coat of epoxy zinc primer and two coats of Polyurethane paint RAL 9010 on steel work at all locations prepared by Surface Preparation shot blast clean to Sa 2.5 as per ISO 850 1.1/BS/7079: A1 with the range 50-75 & required minimum 310 micron DFT (dry film thickness) for each coat as specified in particular specification.
ensile fabric: Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of prestressed Tensile Membrane Fabric structure in desired profile including fabric designing and seaming as per conceptual drawing. The fabric structure should be Mehler /Sattler or equivalent grade conforming max tensile strength warp/weft 6000 /5500. This work shall include raw material, patterning, forming, cutting, welding, fixing and installation with Gl cables, flashing, hot dipped galvanized e Corner Plates and hardware with EN8 grade 8.8-HDG etc. including lifts up to all heights, tools and plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations (Note: Plan area to be measured for payment purpose)
The cost should include all the necessary civil works related to this structure.
The Cost should include one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint to structure.
Canopy Structure should automatic/Mechanical washable.
