Disconnect electrical connection from the motor & keep the cable by covering with protective device and dismantling the motor from its base by removing various types of nuts,bolts & coupling as per instruction of EIC.

Dismantling the line shaft by removing ,the plummer blocks, universal joint, couplings, and open out the complete pump housing by removing nuts, bolts etc using various tools and tackles.

Broken the concrete structure surround suction pipe line as per required for sufficient working space due to dismantling dilapidated pipe.

Removing the damage suction pipe and bend pipe at suction end of the pump by using gas cutting and other necessary tools and tackles.

Sealing the main incoming & delivery line by making blank flange and other suitable way.

Supply of M.S. Plate for manufacturing suction pipe and suction bend pipe as per specification and sample with the instruction of EIC.

Pipe bending

Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric ( a ) tack weld.

Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric ( b ) continuous weld.

Making M.S flange of dia OD-395 mm, ID-275 mm .

Replacment of damaged bearing (22211EK/C4) with new one as per sample from reputed make.

Mfg.supply of U.J cross bearing of universal joint with fitting arrangements as per sample.

Replacement of line shaft broken plummer block with it fitting arrangements.

Mfg. supply of sleeve bush & sleeve sockets including matching with bearings.

Making, fitting fixing of MS special type of flange which used to mount intermidiate shaft with motor to make it perfect matching.

Repairing of pump cooling liquid detector with proper fitting and fixing with necessary degree of accuracy as per direction of EIC.

Straightening the impeller shaft, line shaft by using hydraulic jack and other suitable way to make it perfectly straight.

Remetalizing of worn out portion of impeller shaft followed by grinding and machining as per specification.

Dynamic balancing of the impeller with impeller shaft and static balancing of motor and intermediate shaft.

Mfg.supply with fitting fixing of shaft key as per sample ,direction of EIC.

Fitting, fixing of suction pipe line and newly supply accessories with bolts, nuts, washers, gaskets and other consumable materials as required at Proper positioning with necessary tools and tackles.

Cleaning ,washing with necessary greasing of universal joints as per recommendation.

Supply ,fitting ,fixing of special type nuts, bolts, washers, gasket,packing,o-ring etc after replacing the damage one as per recommandation.

Proper positioning, alignment of pump housing with the motor unit shall be maintaned to prevent vibration and operation failure.

Removing the sealing materials from the suction and delivery side of the pump unit.

Assembly of the whole pump unit consisting of coupling,universal joint, line shaft, bearings, Plummer block base plate, motor pedestal etc.

Lowering the pump units in its own position by engaging necessary tools & tackles.

Commissioning the motor on the pedastal & coupled the motor on pedastal & coupled the motor side coupling & pump side coupling & connect the electric line and trial run unload and load.

Repairing of damaged concrete structure surrounding the suction side of pump as per direction of EIC.

Corrosion free black anticorrosive epoxy primer and two coats synthetic enamel paint on pump body and suction and delivery pipe along with all pipe fittings.

Transportation charge the whole unit with loading and unloading from pumping station to work shop and vice varsa.
