ARBORICULTURE WORKS FOR MD ACCN MAP PH II AT AFS STN GANDHINAGAR

Site clearance including removal of shrubs, vegetation, grass, bush, weed,trees and saplings not exc 30 cm in girth including removal pf disposl outside MOD land.

M&L for ploughing the ground using Tractor mounted cultivator upto a depth of 150-200 mm in both directions longitudinally followed by transverse direction including removal of exposed organic matter/debris outside MoD land then roughly levelling the ground in a slope of approx 1-1.5% for drainage all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and stacking of good agricultural earth suitable for plantation as approved by Engr-in-Charge at site to be brought from outside MOD Land. Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% of volume for calculation and payment and to deposit at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and stacking of Vermi compost with following specification as per IS 16702: 2018: (i) Colour: Dark brown to black (ii) Odour: Odourless or pleasant earthy smell (iii) Texture: Fine granular, free flowing (iv) pH Value: 6.5-7.5( Near neutral) (v) Moisture content: 15%-25% at time of packing( upto 40% for storage) (vi) C: N ratio: 14:1 to 15:1 (vii) Material must pass through 3 to 4mm sieve to remove un-decomposed matter & stones

Landscaping of area by forming 4 nos of conical shaped landscape mounds to be created of approx dia 8-10 mtr and height 0.75 to 0.90mtrs including raising earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base. NOTE: Supply only earth & Vermi Compost shall be measured and paid under Item no 3 & 4 respectively.

Mixing & spreading of approved stacked earth with Vermi compost in the ratio of 1:1( 1part vermicompost & 1 part soil) by volume in required thickness and levelling the soil in longitudinal slope of 1 to 1.5% for drainage as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & planting of Bermuda 419 grass by stripping method (manual planting) in the prepared ground including necessary tools & plants with transportation charges etc and regular watering covering entire area. NOTES: (i) Watering of the area to be done twice a day or as per requirement/directed by Engr-in-Charge till the completion of the Defect liability period. Water will be supplied by MES. (ii) Removal of weeds/unwanted plants to be done twice a month. (iii) Moving/cutting/trimming of the area to be done twice a month till the completion of Defect liability period. (iv) Worn out/ damaged grass to be replanted at no cost basis till the completion of the Defect liability period. (v) Application of vermicompost/ suitable manure once a month for growth of grass till completion of defect liability period (vi) The rates quoted deemed to have incorporating all the points mentioned above (vii) The rate quoted by the bidder shall be inclusive of maintenance of the aboriculture work in DLP in all respect ie provision of requiste material & labour to maintain the grass/plants all as directed by the GE/Engr-in-Charge for the period of two years comencing from certified date of completion of work.

M&L for Spraying of Bavistin and Dithane M-45 or equivalent make as approved bt GE in the concentration of 0.1% to 0.2%( roughly 1.5 to 2 gram per liter of water covering approx area of 10-15 Sqm per 1 to 2 grams when diluted in 1 litre of water) at an interval of every 15 days till complete growth of grass as per entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge/GE.

S & F 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. of 110 mm outer dia ,including fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
