OD17604/2026-2027:Dismantling the 5 HP Vaccum motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the the stator and rotor thoroughly using fresh water removing the sand and mud particles from core, coil etc and removing the water and moisture content using and heating the same for 6 days to get required IR value. cleaning the windings, cleaning with petrol, attending minor repairs, retaping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with Lithium base grease, heating and baking the windings, reassembling, test running. Dismantling the 5 HP pump into parts, cleaning the impeller and case assembly thoroughly using fresh water removing the sand and mud particles etc cleaning and greasing the bearings with Lithium base grease, reassembling, test running.

OD243024/2025-2026:Dismantling the 61-110 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, test running including scrapping, cleaning and painting with enamel paint

OD243018/2025-2026:Supply and Replacing of DE and NDE side Pump bearing (6309 ball) suitable for 75 Hp Pump and making the motor into running condition.

OD243023/2025-2026:Supply and Replacing of NDE and DE side motor ball bearings (6313, 6315 ) suitable for 75 Hp motor and making the motor into running condition.

2.1.5:Providing and fixing following capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.160 Amp TP&N

OD19000/2026-2027:Dismantling the 61-100 HP starters by parts draining out the oil, cleaning the tank, terminal contacts, cutting, leveling and polishing the contacts, cleaning contacts wherever necessary, checking the tripping mechanism, replacing the damaged wires, attending minor repairs, cleaning the oil,(in case of oil starters ), refitting, resetting and making the starter in good working condition.
