Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 150 mm internal dia set in cement mortar including bedding and haunching.

All as per item No. 3 here-in-above but 200 mm bore.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etclaid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole, laying of cables, stay etc. not exc. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exc. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, bed blocks of hold fast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for Precast Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm aggregate stone aggregate) as in landing, cover slabs (for manholes etc.), water troughs and similar articles with plain faces, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.)

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make: CICO, Acco Proof, Impermo, Aqua flex, Dr Fixit, Pedelite as approved by GE.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finishing drain or channel 15 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitered stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending, hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, hard standing finished the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in sub base, floors, pavings etc. finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L Machine pressed coloured chequered cement concrete tiles (PVC moulded) of size 300x300x25 mm thick (confirming to IS: 13801-1993) machine pressed with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade and laying on 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.(Note: i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved from GE before incorporation in the work)

M&L M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, PVC moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006 , laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction and finished fair and even complete all as specified. (Note: WPC measured and paid separately)

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered wall surface after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

M&L for one coat of first quality synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10 cm in width or girth on old painted steel surface after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 75 mm bore Cast Iron Soil, waste and vent pipes (ISI marked) in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches/ floor complete all as specified and as directed.
