All roots /plants shall be removed completely and making good the distrubed compound and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as directed by EIC

M&L for provission of false ceiling at hieght of 600x600x15 mm mineral fibre ceiling tiles RH-99 of type micro looks edge laid on super fine XL 15mm expose d grid systems with 15mm wide T- section flanges. The frame work comprises of main runner of size 15x32x3000 mm spaced at 1200 mm centre securing fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers (GI wire of 4.0mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees of size 15x26x1200 mm to be interloched between main runners at 600mm centers to form a 1200mm x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than that 600mm to be supported independently. 600 mm x 600 mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees of size 15x26x600 mm centrally between the 1200mm crosstees perimeter wall angle of size 19x19x3000 mm secured to wall at 450mm maximum centres. Finally RH-99 mineral fibre tile 15mm thick micro look edge has to be laid on the 600mm x 600mm module. Make Armstrong or equivalent make approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr / Sqm conforming to IS 3384 laying APP polymer modified membrane 3.6 to 4.0 Kg/Sqm in weight with non-woven polyster reinforcement (mineral gravel finish on upper side of the membrane) and sealing all overlaps of 100mm in length side and 150mm on width side of membrane by torching the same as per manufacture instruction and all as per specified particular specification and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 mixed with WPT 3% by weight of cement all as specified and directed .Make:-STP/PIDILITE/TIKITAR

Supply only intergral water proofing compound.
