Construction of embankment for roadway with approved material obtained from borrow pits and laid in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm (two hundred millimetres) spreading to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 kN static/ vibratory road roller to meet the requirements of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORTH technical specifications section 300 as per drawings or directions of the Engineer-in-charge including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water wherever required including hauling of materials for construction of embankment within all leads and lifts. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tools and materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects and per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates excluding of Goods Services Tax but including Labour cess, other levies/taxes, duties /royalities, cess, Toll taxes of local bodies or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of gravel/soil aggregate sub base/base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 80mm (eighty millimetre) as per table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008, spreading in uniforms layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachement and compaction with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity to achieve the desired complete as per CPWD specifications 2019 contained in para 2.2, 3.6 and 3.7 of IRC SP-77-2008 and as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM)specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 (eight) to 10 (ten) tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre of road surface as per MORTH technical specifications section 500 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogramme) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORTH technical specifications section 500, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of type-A 13.2mm to 5.6mm (thirteen point two millimeter to five point six millimeter) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero point two seven cubic meter) premixed with bitumen binder Viscosity grade 30 (thirty) bitumen, at the rate of 14.6 kgs (fourteen point six kilogram) per 10 (ten) square meter of road surface, to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in hot mix plant of 30/40 (thirty/forty) tonne per hour capacity transporting mixed materials with tipper and laying with paver finisher hydrostatic with sensor attachment and rolling with three wheeled 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type-B complete as per MORTH technical specifications section 500 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat but including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross falls using Type-B as per MORTH technical specifications section 500 using bitumen Viscosity grade 30 (thirty) at the rate of 6.80kg (six point eight zero kilogramme) premixed with 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic meter of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. (Ten square meter) of road surface heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manually of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
