SPECIAL REPAIRS TO INTERNAL BITUMINOUS ROADS IN AREA FROM BLDGS NO P 49 TO P 76 AND P 77 AT MASIMPUR MIL STATION

M & L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100 mm and removing materials from site of work or stacking for reuse at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Screening road metal, chippings etc on the site of work, when specially ordered including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both side of screen measured for payment) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick WBM in two layers each of 75 cm thick (compacted thickness) with broken metal of granite, trap or basalt stone of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm) spread, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Both the layer shall be measured as one unit for payment purpose.)

All as per item No. 3 above but except supply of road metal (Note: Road metal received from serial item No. 2 of BOQ shall be reused.)

Material and labour for preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour premix bituminous macadam of coarse aggregate (50 to 20mm), using paving bitumen of Vg-30 grade @ 4% by weight of total mix, laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 2.5 Kg per 10Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 over bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying premixed bituminous carpet, 40mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 Cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.2 Kg of binder (using paving bitumen VG-30), rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for repairs to potholes of depth exc 30mm and area not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bitumen grade Vg-10 @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm, putting in premix 2 cm consolidated thickness with 0.27 cum of stone chippings mixed with 14.60 Kg of binder (paving bitumen Vg-30 grade), rolled with power roller 8 to 10tonne and compacted to required camber and gradient and finishes to a uniform and smooth surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for liquid seal coat applying evenly binder @ 9.80Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 blinding with 6.3mm size stone chippings @ 0.09 Cum per 10Sqm and rolled to required camber and gradient with power roller 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick sand filling yunder floor or in foundation including watering levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Consolidated thickness shall be measured for payment purpose)

Material and labour for rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block made with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade with proper jointing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old brick edging laid dry all as directed.

Material and labour for continious brick edging (using old size sub-class 'B' brick) with width equal to the width of the brick, laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n.exc. 15cm depth in soft / loose soil, depth and removing rubbish upto a distance n.exc. 50 m all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for road marking thermoplastic paint (Hot thermoplastic and cold solvent based road marking) not less than 1.5 mm thick, thermoplastic road materials conforming to BS specification with beads on it complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix dual reflective cat eye of impact resistant ABS plastic stud 110 x 128 x 30 mm double moulded solid state having ultra violet resistant colour (white / red / yellow) with four round disc containing 28 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white / red / yellow to a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12 mm and of length 120 mm for fixing to road by hammering complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Cat No. DA971P of Dark Eye or equivalent model of Greens / Greenlite)

Supply and fix solar reflective LED high visibility cat eye aluminium alloy 100% water proof design according to IP67 dimension 125 x 125 x 25 mm (with shank of 65mm) high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.40V / 0.3 Watt one Ni-MH or Ni-cd rechargable batery (1.2V/1600MA) six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mod weight resistant upto 10 tons colour (white / red / yellow / green) chargable and working temperature 100-750C complete all as specified and directed.
