PART-A (Fixed component - Not to be Quoted by the bidders and the same will be paid By TTD
(Operation of Electrical installations) Skilled work men for Operation of the all electrical installations, UPS systems and DG sets pertaining to S.V. Museum, Tirumala for a period of 3 months 4 persons/per month x 3 Months= 12 Nos
The above mentioned number of persons is inclusive of off duties for a period of 3 Months The over all amount for (Operational charges) will be considered for evaluating the lower tender The tender shall quote his offer for above considering all the activities indicated in the scope of work including labour force to be deployed by the tender for the satisfactory service levelsas applicable and required for satisfactory performance of the contract. Intially for one month the contractor has to pay wages including ESI, EPF etc, bus pass and claim the same from TTD based on the actuals and as per the wages duty certified by the charted Accountant. The same procedure shall be continued for subsequent months also.
Employer contribution of ESI & EPF as applicable at the prevailing rates as per worker per month shall be paid. Whenever, there is enhancement of wages, the same to be implemented as the same will be reimbursed by TTD shift duty persons should maintain Log register as per the instruction of the concerned section Engineer. The operator must have qualification of ITI Electrical trade The contractor is responsible for all the equipment mentioned in the agreement if any theft / malpractice occurs, then the contractor is responsible and department has no role in it. Only persons belong to Hindu Religion shall only be engaged.
TTD will not provide any accommodation for their workers during maintenance period any they will not be permitted to stay at site / premises after completion of shift duties. It is the responsibility of the contractor / firm to make alternate arrangements for transport and accommodationb to their workers / staff away from the premises. Watering earth pits every day to improve the earth resistance. The operator soom reported for the duty is to verify the quantity of diesel available in diesel tank. In case, the diesel quantity is less than 50% the generator should not operate. The same is to be infromed to the department for supply the diesel. Verify the condition of the DG set manually to put the DG set in ON condition for 5 minutes daily and the same is to be recorded in the register.
DC Volts, If it is less than 24V DC supply immediately batteries need to be changed. The DG sets is to start automaticallly in one minute during failure of APSPDCL supply and it should able to feed the total load. In case if it not starts causes is to be identified duly escaling to the authorized service agency and also to the department. The DG set is to be kept in tidy, neat and clean every day the DG set is to be cleaned after testing complete The used diesel is to be accounted properly. Any mis-uysage of diesel leads to cancel the agreement duly imposing department action. Any abnormal sound observed immediately report to the department to find the cause.
Monthly the following documents should be furnished by the contractor for arranging monthly payment. a) Documentary evidence that payment is made to personel through their bank accounts. b) ESI, EPF payment challans of the preciding month where. TTD has reimbvursed the employer contribution of ESI & EPF. c) GST payment challans / invoice of the month quarterly as the case may be since the rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes applicable.
(Operation charges for HVAC system) Skilled work men for Operation of Centralized AC system(HVAC) pertaining to S.V. Museum, Tirumala for a period of 3 Months 4 persons/per month x 3 Months= 12 Nos
The above mentioned number of persons is inclusive of off duties for a period of 3 Months The over all amount for (Operational charges) will be considered for evaluating the lower tender Switching on the all AC equipments atleast 30miniutes prior to the museum opening Shift duty persons must have technically qualified and must have minimum 3 years of experience in operation of AC system. The necessary certificates along with bio data copy should be submitted to the TTD section Engineer for verification purpose. 4 Nos of operational staff has to be provided in 2 shifts. At any point of time minimum 2 Nos of operational staff has to be available during S.V.Museum operational / working hours. 5. Daily checks and general filter cleaning services etc, has to be attended.
6. Keep all equipment externally cleaned. 7. Checking all the rotating machines for smoothness of drive, vibration and noise level. 8. Daily logging of operation parameters. A separate register has to be maintained for AC plant. 9. The contractor must ensure minimum wages, EPF, ESI, Bus fare, GST as per labour act to the operators engaged. 10. The contractor should take safety measures for engaged workmen. 11. Any electrical fatal accidents / incidents occurred to the engaged workmen the contractor/firm is held responsible. 12. Non availability of operator shall attract penalty of Rs.1000/- per person/ per day.
(Operation charges of Lifts) Operating charges for 16 Passenger Lifts (1088 Kgs) of Schindler make available in S.V. Museum, Tirumala for a period of three months 6 Persons x 3 months = 18 Nos
Note:- 1) The lift operator should be professionally trained technician 2) The lift operator should work under control of the user department and submit monthly lift operation report, attendance certificate, shift duty details to DE-Elec, TTD, Tirumala for arranging payment 3) TTD will not provide any accommodation for their workers during maintenance period and they will not be permitted to stay at site / premises after completion of shift duties. lt is the responsibility of the contractor/firm to make alternate arrangements for transport and accommodation to their workers / staff away from the premises 4) The contractor shall ensure to pay minimum wages as fixed by the AP state government time to time with applicable EPF, ESI etc 5) Deduction of all statutory and necessary tax from eacn bill will be made as per Government orders prevailing at the time of payment Necessary tax deduction certificate will be issued on demand by the contractor. 6) The payment shall be made to the contractor on monthly basis through RTGS directly to the contractor who in turn make payments to workers through their Bank accounts

Service charges towards deployment of man power and payment of wags for semi-skilled workers (for Part-A-Item No.3:Operation charges of Lifts) (Rate as per Roc.NoTTD-22021(34)/6/2021-CE-AD)-TTD, dt.15-3-2024)
Note:- The Service Charges for man power deployment shall be @ min of ₹500/- per month and maximum of 5% of the basic wages as per Schedule A in tender document for corresponding worker. Any tender with values excess of 5% basic wages or less than ₹500.00 per month will be summarily rejected. Evaluation Criteria: The tenders will be evaluated and finalized to the lowest offer of Schedule - B among the eligible bidders. 2) Agreement will be concluded to the lowest bidder of Service charges and fixed component of minimum wages as per Schedule-A in the document
NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
