Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors & paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, etc., complete all as specified.

M & L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) in levelling courses, coping, window cill etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, finish even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and width of 38 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 75mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/rectangular) area of each tile exe.0.06 sqm but n.exe.0.11 sqm, in floor including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x200X 6 mm thick as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile including rendering 10mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work to received tiles in vertical, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 375x250X 7/450x300x7 mm thick as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile including rendering 10mm thick with cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick work to received tiles in vertical, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 13 here-in-before but in skirting including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3).

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, 18mm to 20mm thick slabs, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 15 here-in-before but in skirting including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3).

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced as in chullah hoods, shelves and plate form, etc,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for RCC as in kitchen platform, shelves type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel deformed bars 8 to10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia quality conforming to Fe-410-S or F-410-0, or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for marble work any shade 16 to 18 mm thick in cooking platform, steps, window/cills, etc, over and including 15 mm thicks cement screed base in cement mortar (1:4) laid, jointed with white cement slurry mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the slab including rounding of slab and demolition of old slab where directed, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) of any shade 18 to 20 mm thick in cooking platform, steps, window/cills, etc., over and including 15mm thick cement screed base in cement mortar (1:4) laid and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the slab including rounding of slab and demolition of old slab where directed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for grinding and polishing of existing Kota Stone/Terrazzo flooring, etc., complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site, complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 50 Kg/Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 25 here-in-before, but except bricks.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair (without using extra or cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of wall care putty to make the entire surface free from undulations, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new putty wall surfaces, priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant primer and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of any shade on wall surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.
