FURNACE Primary Chamber: (LxWxH) -2900 MM x 1800 MM x1500 MM constructed with 6" channel, 2" Angle, 2" flat, 1 1/2" fiat, 1 angle 4 mm sheet, inside 4 nos burners 0.6 HP blower 2 nos., Insulation brick, firebricks, castables, clay, cement, Heat monitoring device etc. Secondary Chamber: 825 x 825 x 1250 constructed with 2" Angle 4mm sheet, Burners-2 Nos., Refractory lining with insulation brick, Fire brick, castables, clay, cement & abourcharges, 4Nos. Burners. Insulation duct primary chamber to secondary chamber, Temperature monitory device. Rail & Trolley:- In two parts to lay body inside the primary chamber SS Bed:- To lay body in primary chamber Gas line made with M S Pipe & Copper tube, Gas flow meter, valves, Rubber tube, LPG adapter, burner to gas, air mixing, gas flow meter, copper tube, jet, adaptor. valves, Pannel Board with heat Temperature control device etc.

PURIFICATION SYSTEM- Insulated Duct made by420x420 mm from secondary chamber to Ventuary Scrubberv a size of square to a length 3 mtr to 6 mtrs, RCC Purification Tank - 2500 MM x 1250 MM x 800 MM. Ventury Scrubber Cyclon Seperator, 1 HP Motor, Water Recycling System, Soak Pit, Water storage well (1 mtr dia depth 2m ft). Fabrication cost, tank foundation cement, bricks, TMT, sand, mason work etc. 5 HP 3 phase blower, 6" pipe, Blower connectioning works.

CHIMNEY-Height = 30m as per CPCB norms and State PCB norms. Made of MS bottom dia. 1000 mm, Top dia: 325 mm with specified thickness as per the drawing. From bottom to 18m, MS sheet with thickness varying from 8 mm to 6 mm with inner lining lagged with high alumina refractory in the conical area. From 18m-24m, MS cylinder 400 mm dia. And 5 mm thick. From 24 m -30 m, MS cylinder 325 mm dia. Support for chimney and ladder: Full length ladder type support in MS, coated with epoxy paint. 11m with platform and remaining 19m ladder to be provided.
