Providing & laying for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation in 1:3:6 (1cement :3sand :6 graded stone aggregate as per drawing & technical specifications Clouse 802,803,1202,1203 PCC grade M-10 as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work & carriage of material within all leads, lifts & other incidentals

Providing & laying for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation in 1:2:4 (1cement :2sand :4 graded stone aggregate as per drawing & technical specifications Clouse 802,803,1202,1203 PCC grade M-20 as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work & carriage of material within all leads, lifts & other incidentals.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) Grading-II size [75mm (seventy five millimeters) compacted thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-Hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-A of size 13.2mm (thirteen point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.22 cum (zero point twenty two) cubic metres per 10 sqm (per ten square metres) and binding material at the rate 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specifications clause No. 405 and as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications, as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

2nd class brick work with common burnt clay building brick in superstructure above plinth level up to floor two level in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work & carriage of material within all leads, lifts & other incidentals.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 sand) Second Class Bricks as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work & carriage of material within all leads, lifts & other incidentals.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work & carriage of material within all leads, lifts & other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti-skid water proof stain and impact resistant heavy duty vitrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work & carriage of material within all leads, lifts & other incidentals.

Distempering (two coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade, on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade, after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work & carriage of material within all leads, lifts & other incidentals.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat ) on previously painted steel & other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint, rushing oil, grease to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter With ready mixed paint other than white. as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work & carriage of material within all leads, lifts & other incidentals.

Painting one coat(excluding priming coat)on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to given and even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping With enamel paint other than white as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work & carriage of material within all leads, lifts & other incidentals.
