Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 mtr. and lead upto 30 mtr. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches of in to the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal of disposal of surplus earth as directed by the E/I up to a distance of 30 mtr. from the foundation trenches.

Cement concrete with 40 mm guage stone single coarse sand and cement in propn. 1:4:8 in foundation and under floors including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

RCC with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm guage stone ballast in propn. 1:1.5:3 in colum beam rocks and similar work excluding supply of reinforcement its bending but including fixing the same with 24 BWG GI wire and including necessary centring and shuttering etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

First class brick work with reinforcement in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

MS or iron work in plain such as reinforced concrete reinforced brick wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hook and autherized over lapping shall be measured including supply of all material labour T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion 1:4 cement and coarse sand 2.5 finest modulus over brick work min. thickness not be less than 1 cm. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. Steel door and window with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners all necessary fittings complete, including appling a priming coat approved still primer and two coats of best quality synthetic enamelled paint.

Making foundation for two number pumps including fixing of anchor bolts, making channel frame for alignment including cutting, welding and fabrication as per required site condition.

Providing and fixing of 10 HP, 415 V AC three phase mono block pump set with a discharge of 250 LPM on a head of 50 meter of reputed company (Crompton Greaves, KSB, Kirloskar make) as approved by Engineer incharge including all labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing of 80 mm NRV valve with nuts, bolts, 1.5 mm thick gasket complete with all accessories as per IS : 4038.

Providing and fixing of 100 mm cast iron flanged floot valve with nuts, bolts, 1.5 mm thick gasket complete with all accessories as per IS : 4038

Supply and fixing of 80 mm G.M. gate valve class I with hand wheel ISI mark conforming to IS : 778/1984 (reaffirmed 2000) for water work purpose.

Making the small cover of heavy guage iron sheet 2.5'x2.5' including frame fitting in the top lintel of under ground water tank also making the locking system work complete in all respect labour T&P.

Providing and fixing of 100 mm G.I. pipes conforming to IS : 1239 heavy class including all fittings like couplings, bends, elbows, tee, flanges etc. welding/threaded joint and laying underground under 1 mtr. depth as required

Providing and fixing of 80 mm G.I pipes conforming to IS : 1239 heavy class including all fitting like couplings, bends, elbows, tee, flanges etc. welding/threaded joint and laying under ground under 1 mtr. depth as required.

Supply and fixing of 6 mm thick white glazed tiles in flooring, wall in water tank, top slab of water tank, 5' height of wall of pump house room with 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar finised with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of sealing fan, exhaust fan and LED tube light including all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 mtr. long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supply and laying 25mm x 5mm G.I. Strip at 0.50 mtr. below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut, bolt and spring washer spaced at 50mm)

One primary coat and two coat approved colour oil bond distemper on new work including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Carting charges, Hiring charges including fule and lubricant of vibrator.
