RequiredThe bidder should submit Manufacturer s Authorization Form for extended warranty for a period of one year to all the items listed in annexure II Specific to this tender

RequiredThe manufacturing company and the bidder must have ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 respectively. Relevant certificates shall be enclosed along with tender

RequiredThe bidder should have an average turnover of at least Rs. 175.00 Lakh in any of the three years of Last four financial years i.e., 21021-22 to 2024-25.

RequiredThe bidder should give undertaking to the effect that they will provide back to back agreement for extended warranty for all the equipment with serial numbers specified in the Annexure, from the OEM.

RequiredThe Bidder must have valid Registration of GST and PAN. Copies of the same should be enclosed.

RequiredThe bidder should submit OEM authorised service center / self maintained service center location details along with contact numbers before the contract is awarded for extending support services , failing which the Purchaser may cancel the contract and forfeit the Deposits.

RequiredThe bidder should not have been black listed from any State Government / Central Government / PSU Department in india . Self-Declaration is required.

RequiredEMD for an amount of Rs. 97,500/- (Rupees Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundreds only). (drawn on/or after the date of tender notice). EMD shall be mandatorily paid in the shape of BG (Valid for 6 Months) / on line payment made in e-procurement platform, in favour of Executive Officer, TTD, Tirupati. (Any other mode of payment will be summarily rejected). Copy of payment details shall be enclosed.

RequiredThe Tenderer should produce the Solvency certificate, not older than one year, issued by a nationalized / scheduled bank for not less than Rs. 49.00 Lakh.
