Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B’ bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.200 litre per bag of 50 kg of cement, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces in ceiling (facia/ceiling/edging of chajjas and roof projection) including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, over and including a coat of 2 mm thick Birla/JK wall care putty over a coat of primer all as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Acrylic Emulsion Exterior (Apex Ultima) weather proof paint, white or tinted, over and including a coat of primer all as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying two coats of Acrylic Emulsion Exterior (Apex Ultima) weather proof paint, white or tinted, over and including a coat of primer all as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, over and including a coat of 2 mm thick Birla/JK wall care putty all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors and aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening surface of old concrete by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove all loose dust etc.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, 350x250x7mm/450x300x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on stone masonry surfaces/brick work or concrete surfaces. (Tile pattern and decoration shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge).

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick marble work of Udaipur green marble (table rubbed and polished) in single piece in cooking platform, pillars, window-cills, jambs, steps and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick marble work of marble green/ Bhaislana zebra (table rubbed and polished) in single piece in cooking platform, pillars, window-cills, jambs, steps and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core, both faces covered with decorative prelaminated work with 6 mm thick teak wood edging all round.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24(a), supplied and fitted to chowkats.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm single side prelam PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube, fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

S&F 30 mm thick factory made both sides prelam panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tube of 19 gauges thickness and size 19mm x 19 mm for stiles, top and bottom rails, MS frame shall have a coat of steel primer of approved make and manufacture. Top rail, bottom rail and lock rail shall be provided either sides of the panel 10 mm (5 mm x2) thick 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet shall be provided as gap insert for top rail, and bottom rail paneling of 5 mm thick both side prelam PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick 15 mm wide. PVC sheet beading on inner side and jointed together with solvant cement adhesive, an additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of C channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) weight not less than 3.00 Kg/sqm and reinforced with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with polythene finish on upper side of membrane, laid by torch application method with overlaps 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over and including a coat of bitumen S-35 (30/40) @ 1.20 kg/sqm over and including a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS- 3384) @ 0.40 litre/sqm and providing a seperation layer over the APP surfaces of Geotextile 120 gm non woven 100% polyster of thickness 1 to 1.25 mm. Geotextile to be bonded to the APP membrance by intermittent touch by heating process with Butane torch all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for premium first quality cool roof SRI (Solar Reflective Index) tiles of size 300x300mm 10mm thick of approved make as approved by GE. The SRI value of the tiles shall be greater than 90 as per ASTM-E 1980 and water absorption less than 5%. The glaze of the tiles shall be composed of alumia silicate fine particles embedded with nano particles of zirconium silicate and zink oxide admixtures fired back at very high tempreatures. The tiles shall be laid with a space of 3mm between to all sides using PVC spacers. The tiles shall be laid over 15mm thick bedding in CM (1:4) joints grouted and pointed in CM (1:3). The top 5mm thickness of the tiles in between the joints shall be filled with epoxy grout of approved make.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete/sunken floors all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.200 litre per bag of 50 kg of cement. NOTE:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on floor and vertical side of sunken floor of stone masonry surfaces/brick work/concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.200 litre per bag of 50 kg of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”.

M&L for applying roof treatment on sunken floor with APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) weight not less than 3.00 Kg/sqm and reinforced with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with polythene finish on upper side of membrane, laid by torch application method with overlaps 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over and including a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS- 3384) @ 250 gm/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection. Concrete shall be laid in alternate bays n.exc 3 m in length finished fair and even including provision of joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep along the wall and bays filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm stone aggregate in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including form work ,weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in shelves, support of cooking platform, below marble or granite cooking platform, set and jointed in CM 1:4 complete.

S&F in repairs, vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, with and including PVC (SWR) 'P'/'S' trap type 'B', plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, and health faucet (ABS body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm bore pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position and PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, 10 litres capacity, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and PVC flushing pipe, 32 mm dia complete all as specified.
