SCHEDULE OF WORKS

Supply and fix, surface mounting Industrial plug & socket 63 Amps, 4P+E, IP 40 suitable for flight equipment's, along with necessary fixing arrangements complete as directed and specified.

S&F sheet metal enclosure DB VTPN 4 way (Horizontal), double door with Sheet metal enclosure, flush mounted, prewired, 415 V, AC, 50 Hz, with MCCB incoming up to 125 Amps, factory made, powder coated, IP-43 protection conforming to IS-13032 universal mounting with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, neutral link, earth link, earthing studs, detachable gland plates with knockouts on both sides, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T Cat Part No. DBVTM004DD or techno commercial equivalent makes approved here-in-after Notes : The Quoted rate shall be inclusive of MCCB, 4 Pole, 415 V, 125 Amps with breaking capacity of 25kA -1 Nos & MCB TPN 63 Amps, C series, 415 V - 4 Nos

Material and labour for laying in trenches / floors / on wall / service connections LT UG XLPE Copper cable of size 4 core x 16 sq mm, PVC insulated, sheathing and armoured 1100 volts grade, necessary end terminal/ cable gland as per site requirement including connecting to the main switches/ cut outs MCB/ MCCB with necessary lugs after cutting to required length of cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Necessary excavation and earthwork, cable protection works will be measured and paid for separately.

S&F Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws and run through wall provided with nonconducting plank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Male Connector plug of capacity 63 A for fixing with socket and having with a earth terminal point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay in trenches / floors / on wall / service connections LT UG XLPE cable of size 3.5 core x 35 sq mm, PVC insulated, sheathing and armoured 1100 volts grade with aluminium stranded conductor (Conforming to IS 1554), necessary end terminal/ cable gland as per site requirement including connecting to the main switches/ cut outs MCB/ MCCB with necessary lugs after cutting to required length of cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Necessary excavation and earthwork, cable protection works will be measured and paid for separately.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m; and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for stone dust sand cushioning for protection of UG cable (8 cm deep before laying & 15 cm above the top edge of cable after laying) in trenches with dry coarse sand of approved quality including filling, spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified & as directed. Note: Punned thickness of 18 cm thick only will be considered for payment.
