Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas ( exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 mtr. In width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 mtrs and lift up to 1.5 mtrs., disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed complete in all respect as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.complete in all respect as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) complete in all respect as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Prov. Form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies , height of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.& removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in : I)Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions & the like I/c attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like :complete in all respect as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Providing Steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening , cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level . Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars complete in all respect as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:- 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) complete in all respect as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Providing and fixing stone filling behind retaining walls in complete in all respect as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia. PVC pipe arrangement in weep hole including PVC mesh in complete in all respect as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Dewartering through diesel pump of 5.0 HP including the cost of crew memebrs and other accessories etc. complete in all respect as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.
