Providing and Supplying the galvanised mild steel tube pipes confirming to BIS 1239 (Part-1) 2004 (Latest with upto date ammendements having wall thickness as per code and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters.) of following class and diameter from approved manufacturer complete in all respect and stacking proper at site with the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. As per the below mentioned terms and conditions.

Operation & maintenance of Lift water supply schemes & Gravity Water supply scheme ( by deputing skilled/ semiskilled/ unskilled manpower) from sump well to main storage tank, having structures/machinery/facilities as per attached annexure of detail in proper working condition, for a period of 12 months starting w.e.f 15th day from the issuance of written orders to commence the work. Operation includes the regular i.e. daily supply of designed/required quantity of potable water to the beneficiaries of the scheme upto main storage/deivery tank as per the directions of Engineer in charge. keeping regular & proper record of water quantity pumped , time and hours of running of pumpng machinery including the cost of watch and ward of pump house and other departmental assests .The scope of work includes operation , watch & ward and well cleaning of campus of pump house as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of fair copy detailed estimate of Primary Health Center at Bhekhali ,based as per working drawing with all provisions with preparation of detailed estiamte based on HPSR 2020 ,analysis based , duly approved from the Circle Office and Chief office and any higher office. Preparation of approved copies of detailed estimate along with relevant working drawings. (Five sets of detail estimate and five additional sets of working drawing complete) and soft copies in the form of Pen drive of above mentioned detailed estimate, including drawings complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in soil in hilly area by manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with all leads & lift ,as per drawing and technical specification clause 1603.1 within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The rate is including octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but including GST.

Removal of landslides /slip clearance. Removal of land slide in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of slops and disposal of cut material with in a left up to 1.5 metre and land upto 1000 meter as per technical specification 302.3.5 and 1611 .within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The rate is including octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government including GST.
