MAINTENANCE OF STP 300 KLD AT KATARIBAGH AND STP 750 KLD AT SMA AREA NAVAL BASE KOCHI.

Providing services of experienced tradesmen from 0600 hours to next day 0600 hours in 03 shifts of 8 hours each shift (one tradesman in each shift) for operation and maintanence of sewage treatment plant 300 KLD at Kataribagh comprising of following characteristics of Inlet raw sewage /out let treated sewage equipments/ machines and pump sets including testing and operation of valves and allied works including saturdays/ sundays/ holidays for operation of system as and when required and also carry out minor repairs / servicing /. recetification of faults as and when required to all machines/ Equipments and valves to ensure 100% serviceability and maintain the ppm level both inlet raw sewage and out let treated sewage of plants and removing scaling materials, mud materials grass/surface dressing from surrounding area, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 1 :- (a) Record / daily logsheet shall be maintained in log book by the operator and should be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. (b) The operator shall be responsible for checking and maintaining the water parameters as per IS 3025 & IS 1622 (c) Daily cleaning of floor area and maintaining a good and hygineic sanitation around the installation. (d) Stationary items such as registers, log book etc should pe provided by the contractor. (e) The contractor shall be responsible for getting the STP water samples tested by an NABL approved water testing laboratory and the test result to be submitted as directed by the Engr-in-charge, Expdr of testing shall be measured and paid separately. (f) Non providing of operator in a day for item no 1 by the contractor shall invite penalty of Rs.5000/- per day from his due amount. (g) All operators shall be provided with uniform as approved by Engr-in-Charge. (h) The operator should be authorised personal of OEM/trained by OEM before employing by STP. (j) The rate of this item shall be firm for smooth functioning of minimum wages , ESIC and EPF below quoting this rate contrctor shall be disqualified.

Supply only poly aluminimum chloride (PAC) Coagulant containing approx 29% Al2O3 liquid with basicity of approx 64% packed to adding in tube settler tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ploy electrolite (Flocculant) liquid to adding in tube settler tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only anti foaming liquid agent complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sodium hypochrorite liquid minimum 10% consentration to adding in chlorine contact tank for chlorination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only bioculture liquid complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of raw/treated sewage water sample parameter as per latest NGT norms ie,IS 3025 & IS 1622 of STP through a NABL approved lab complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking up the blocked submersible pump from the sump, open casing, clean and removed chocked materials from the pump chamber and refix of capacity 2 HP to 5HP as per the same of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair and rewinding of electrical motor up to 1HP - 5 HP , 3 phase, 415 Volt by disconnecting the electric connection, including taking out horizontal submersible nonclog pump installed at wet well,equalisation tank/sewage collection champer/sump including disconnecting the electric connection, decoupling motor pump, removing foundation nuts, bolts and carrying the motor to workshop to carry out following repair/ rewinding as under complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Cutting complete burnt and defective winding after opening body cover and separating starter and rotor. (b) Remove carbon by applying/rubbing sand paper and clean. (c) Insert insulating material such as insulating paper, sleeve, varnish etc. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of PVC copper winding wire. (e) Clean the rotary and assemble the motor and coupling with pump, re-connect electric connection and earth connection, test for full load complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repair and rewinding of electrical motor up to 7.5 HP - 10 HP , 3 phase, 415 Volt by disconnecting the electric connection, including taking out pump installed at 300 KLD STP/750 KLD including disconnecting the electric connection, decoupling motor pump, removing foundation nuts, bolts and carrying the motor to workshop to carry out following repair/ rewinding as under complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Cutting complete burnt and defective winding after opening body cover and separating starter and rotor. (b) Remove carbon by applying/rubbing sand paper and clean. (c) Insert insulating material such as insulating paper, sleeve, varnish etc. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of PVC copper winding wire. Material and labour in repair for diconnecting suction and delivery pipe lines from unserviceable Electric driven 3 phase centrifugal pump from motor and opening the pump of capacity 1HP to 5HP cleaning , replacing the worn out part like - oil seal, mechanical seal, ball bearing , gun metal bush , pump shaft repair by lath, repairing of impeller by grinding / polishing ,water sealant of any type and necessary gland packing etc. which ever be required to making 100 % serviceable of pump sets coupled with motor and installed at site as per existing including testing after repairs of work all as specified and directed

All as per Item No .12 here-in-before but of capacity 5.5 to10 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting of tube settler tank of 300 KLD STP size 2.2 x 2.2 x 2.2 Mtr including pipe lines and allied fittings by two coat of synthetic enamelled paint of existing colour and all metal parts with anti-corrosive painting for preventing corrosion after scrubbing and cleaning existing surface,cleaning inside the tube settler tank containg media,inclined tubes/channels by removing manually and re install after cleaning throughly complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for painting of FRP MBBR tank of 300 KLD STP size 6.0 x 2.2 x 2.2 Mtr including pipe lines and allied fittings by two coat of synthetic enamelled paint of existing of colour and all metal parts with anti-corrosive painting for preventing corrosion after scrubbing and cleaning existing surface,cleaning inside the MBBR tank throughly complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix heavy duty chemical dosing system plunger type suitable to inject solution upto 25 LPH working pressure 10 kg /cm2 comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP,1440 RPM assembly with agitator in one motor , agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated, FRP tank 150 ltrs capacity, complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly anticorrosive paint complete with Chemical grade PVC NRV. along with Control panel for Dosing Pump suitable for Model SSAPS/CDSPT/25 made of powder coated MS fabricated box consisting of LED indicator, digital Volt meter, Amp meter, single phase preventor, High voltage low voltage protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement pressure gauges of suitable to 300 KLD STP plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair float switch for submersible pumps installed in equalisation tank having flow rate of 1.25 Cum /Hr with pumping head of 16 Mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down and repairing of screw pump set installed at 300 KLD STP complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. including disconnecting the electric connection, decoupling motor pump, removing foundation nuts, bolts and carrying the pump to workshop to carry out necessary repair/ rewinding complete all as specified and as directed:-

Supply and fix in replacement of MBBR Bio Media modules for MBBR reactor tank (Material PP media type fluidized) of each size dia 15 mm - 22 mm 350 m2/m cube at density of each MBBR module not more than 0.9 gm/cm3 including taking down existing media complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC insulated 3 core 4 Sq mm flat/round copper cable , 1100 Volt grade from motor to starter/panel board including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC insulated 3 core 1.5 Sq mm flat/round copper cable , 1100 Volt grade from motor to starter/panel board including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for oil servicing and over hauling of air blower of capacity 10 HP 400 m3/Hrs and motor installed at 300 KLD cleaning, tightning the control cables , Checking elctrical connections of blower to ensure the smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Air Filter set of air blower of capacity 10 HP installed complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repair V belt of compressor of suitable size for 10 HP motor complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour in servicing of filter press unit of poly propelene filter press closing with PBC hydraulic device suitable for 300 KLD STP plant for the smooth functioning filling by top up/replacing of required hydraulic oil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair of water flow meter of 10000 ltr flow capacity of installed at 300 KLD STP plant by taking down with prior intimation and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair silica quartz sand with pebbles of multi grade sand filter for the existing filter media for acivated sand filter of STP 300 KLD after replacing of old sand media complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repair activated carbon filler media of capacity 300 KLD STP plant after taking out of old activated carbon from existing filter complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repair 20 mm dia CPVC pipes, SDR-13.5 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings, fixed on wall/concealed in wall /layed in trench /floor with all fittings, solvents including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in repair PPR of 3 layer ( inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked, IS-15801, PP-R pipes SDR 13.5 (PN-8) and PP-R plain fittings in trenches/walls/cellings or laying in floors complete of size outer dia 110 mm ,including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc.1.5m in depth for laying pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning / filling in soil, including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials(soil) to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 100 mm bore of cast Iron, butter fly valve , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 50 mm bore of cast Iron, butter fly valve , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 50 mm bore of cast Iron, diaphragm valve , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of pump sets of 3 to 10 HP capacity with protection cover by two coat of anti-corrosive painting for preventing corrosion after scrubbing and cleaning of existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair of worn out gland packing of pump set / sluice valves/metal / size including washers of any shape / size to avoid water leakage as indicated including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB TPN, 125 AMP,16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB TPN, 63 AMP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair contactor for motor 18 Amp 3 pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of 3 phase star delta starter for pump set 5-20 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of 3 phase starter for pump set 5 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of single phase starter for pump set up to 5 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for scrubbing, cleaning thoroughly for removing the dirts, sediments, silts , and sludges, untreated effluent etc from the sewage collection tank (wet well tank)/ Equilization tank of 300 KLD STP plant by using brushes and by using the water jet with help of machines and other cleaning materials as required including including removing the sludge/waste water complete by using external sludge pumps,Sludge De-watering by using external waste water sludge / effluent tankers and deposit the sludge / effluent outside the defence land complete including taking out existing submersible pump from sump while cleaning and install the same after cleaning with necessary tools complete and applying two coats of lime wash inside the wall surface of the tanks including writing the words " date of cleaning" in capital letters of suitable size on outside visible place of UG sump with synthetic enamel paint (white )over black back ground including cleaning of outside surfaces by using the water jet and wire brush and apply two coats of colour washing (colour should be light yellow) of outside surface of UG sump complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of vehicle arrangement for sludge collection by the contractor.

Material and labour framed work of grade Fe 410 W (grade -E- 250) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, support frame for pumps, ladders inside the sumps etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.
