Supply and fabrication of Gas Bag hanging structure with MS Platform, Railing and Monkey Ladder modification at Cryogenic Plant Building, 1 AF, Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata 700064.

Supply and cutting, dirlling, Laying, edge preparation for fabrication by Arc welding, to hang the MS structure (at 6 M height) from roof top EP and anchoring of side supports with checkered plate and anchor fastener on side walls. After removing the old structure New structure should be fabricated. The New structure will be used for hang the Helium GasBag.

Supply of K type 25 NB or greater dia, 1.5 mm or greater wall thickness Copper Pipe and SS 304 flat bar 20 M long 25 x 5 mm cross section. All the copper pipe should be cleaned, cut and edge prepared before fabrication of pipe structure by bending using torch heating and pipe bender to give the structure required geometrical shape as per drawing. This structure will be hanged from MS Angle structure with the help of SS flat strips, SS nut Bolt and C clamp. Finally the Helium GasBag will be hanged on this structure using nylon cord neated soccer net tied using loose nylon cord.

Supply and fabrication of MS grill based horizontal platform (2 sq M, at 4 M height) with MS Angle 40 x 40 x 5 mm and MS Flat 25 x 5 mm and railing at the edge of the platform 1.2 M height, made with MS Angle 40 x 40 x 5 mm and MS Round Pipe dia 25 x 3 mm thickness and modification of existing monkey ladder support by MS flat 25 x 5 mm in half round shape.

After completion of fabrication of all the MS components, it should be thoroughly cleaned using sand paper and painted with zinc rich primer (2 coat) and finally with synthetic enamel paint of reputed brand (2 coat).

Sypply and make one time use bamboo structure with top wooden platform (6 x 5) Sq. M at 6 M height to facilitate accident free fabrication, erection GasBag structure and painting . Dismantling of the bamboo structure to be done after completion of the entire job. Debris and scrap materials must be removed and thrown to scrap yard and clean the workplace to get the completion certificate of the Job.
